Vor 20 Jahren haben wir dieses Haus, was zu den ältesten der Stadt gehört, in viel Eigenleistung saniert. Unsere 4 Kinder haben dem allen viel Leben eingehaucht. Jetzt haben sie das Nest verlassen und einigen Platz zurückgelassen. Deshalb haben wir diese schöne Ferienwohnung für Sie gern auch mit Kleinkind eingerichtet. Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum, aber doch außerordentlich ruhig in den Gassen der Altstadt. Annaberg ist idealer Ausgangsort, um das Erzgebirge in seiner ganzen Vielfalt zu erleben.

Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

V Krušných horách nedaleko Karlových Varů a Božího Daru v malé vesnici jsem si vytvořili naše útočiště. S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. Pomůžeme naplánovat výlet a objevit krásy Krušnohoří. Staráme se o naše místo s láskou a pečlivostí. Chceme, aby ses tu i Ty cítil jako doma. Hory, příroda i lázeňské město od každého je tu trochu!

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Il nostro appartamento è situato in posizione centrale e tranquilla in una strada secondaria di Bärenstein. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano. Il piano superiore è utilizzato occasionalmente dal padrone di casa. L'appartamento dispone di un soggiorno e di una zona pranzo con una cucina completamente attrezzata e un balcone. Un caminetto è a disposizione per le ore di relax (la legna può essere acquistata su richiesta con un piccolo supplemento). Ci sono tre camere da letto.

The Erzgebirge Suite Altes Rathaus is an exclusive, spacious holiday apartment for up to 8 people. Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.
