Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in Laufnähe. Egal ob Messe, Innenstadt, Christkindelsmarkt oder Bahnhof. In maximal 20 Minuten seid ihr mit Bus oder S-Bahn am Ziel. Wenn ihr Erholung braucht, spazieren gehen oder joggen wollt, findet ihr viel Natur direkt vor der Haustüre.

Viele Wanderwege, wie der bekannte "Fränkische Dünenweg" oder der Moritzberg, starten direkt vor der Haustür. Für Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Streichelzoo mit 2 Kamerun Schafen.
