"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Direkt vor der Unterkunft beginnen Wanderwege, Mountainbike-Strecke, ein Hochseilgarten mit Flying Fox über den Bergsee, eine Mountaincard-Strecke und die Pisten des Skigebiets St. Johann in Tirol. My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Doppelzimmer in 250 Jahre altem original Tiroler Bauernhof. Herrlich sonnige und zentrumsnahe Lage aber dennoch inmitten der Natur. Ein 3.000qm großer Garten lädt im Sommer zum Sonneliegen, Spielen und Grillen ein. Doppelzimmer mit WC und Dusche, wlan und Sat TV. Im Doppelzimmer gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, einen Heißwasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Gläser, Tassen und Besteck als kleine Starthilfe für den Tag.
