San Pietro in Bevagna: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

Annalucia's love for this place she calls home is so evident in the way she conducts herself as host. She is warm, friendly and communicates so well, making sure we had the best experience in her "slice of paradise", enjoying both her home and the best Puglia has to offer. We had a week here and it was blissful. You do need a car - we did many day trips to towns and beaches from here. Annalucia also provides wonderful recommendations for things to eat, see and do. Swimming off the rocks opposite the house is possible when the sea is calm. It was very beautiful. I do hope that the unowned cats that hang around get speyed - or else kittens will proliferate, which isn't ideal. Our neighbours who rented the house next door were quiet and respectful, so we had several very peaceful days hanging out on the verandah with the most spectacular view, doing nothing. Annalucia's place had everything we needed for the most memorable of stays. We'd love to go back!

Quel plaisir d'être aussi proche de la mer, la vue était superbe de la plage. Nous avons mangé a un excellent restaurant à 8 minutes à pieds. Je recommande ce logement !

Wir haben mit zwei Omas 2 Wochen im Haius von Francesco am Meer verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich phantastisch. Direkt vor der Terrasse beginnt das Meer. Ein kleiner Mini Sandtstrand ist 7 Meter entfernt, eine kleinere Bucht etwa 20 Meter und eine etwas größere Bucht 50 - 100 Meter. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die weitläufigeren Sandstrände im Norden in ca. 5-10 Minuten, im Süden nach etwa 20 Minuten. Wir haben im April zwei Wochen hier verbracht und die Ruhe genossen. Zu dieser Zeit im Jahr war noch nicht so viel Betrieb aber einige Restaurants hatten bereits offen. Ebenso der kleine Supermarkt im Ort. Das Haus ist unterteilt im zwei Einheiten mit dem Innenhof als Treffpunkt oder „Chill Area“. Der Grill ist praktisch und alle technischen Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch die Ausstattung ist umfangreich aber nicht überbordend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung hat uns Francesco (als erste Gäste der Saison) eine Grundausstattung (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Caffé, Wein) Alles Top

La grande maison, idéalement située en bord de mer, est totalement équipée avec fond de cuisine, nécessaire pour le lave-vaisselle, pour le lave-linge, serviettes de bain, serviettes de plage (très commode quand on vient en avion), chaises longues, salon de jardin...beau jardin avec figues de barbarie.. Avant d'acheter quoi que ce soit, vérifiez que ce n'est pas déjà présent dans la maison. Moustiquières aux fenêtres. L'hôte, Gennaro, est très sympathique et répond présent dès qu'il est sollicité. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

L’appartamento è favoloso, così come il terrazzo affacciato sul mare. Giorgio, il marito di Stefania, è stato un host fantastico, ci ha dato preziosi consigli su cosa vedere, ristoranti ecc. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Molto consigliato :)

We were positively surprised! Very cosy and clean. They figured out the smallest details. Marta and Stefano are very warm and friendly persons. It was a very nice stay!

La casa di Federica è un piccolo gioiello nel Salento! Arredata con gusto, attrezzata, e molto pulita. Ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere un momento di relax nella splendida cornice di Santa Maria al Bagno. Nonostante la vicinanza ai lidi è silenziosa. Dalla terrazza si puo ammirare un meraviglioso tramonto con vista mare. Il posto auto è molto comodo e il centro si raggiunge facilmente anche a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce joli logement. Un intérieur petit mais où rien ne manque , le ménage est plus que parfait, les cadeaux de bienvenu sont nombreux et de qualité, et l extérieur !!! Whaou une vue incroyable, un jacuzzi à l abri de tout , sans vis avis , juste une vue mer , au milieu d un jardin exotique. Tout est parfait y compris l accueil, les explications et les présents Merci pour tout Alexandro : votre gentillesse, votre maison, vos attentions, la propreté de votre bien . Nous recommandons bien évidemment ce lieu magique afin de visiter le sud des Pouilles

Angelo et Anna Maria sont des hôtes exceptionnels, qui ont envie de faire découvrir leur belle région et les produits locaux. Le jardin est très agréable avec différentes terrasses (ombre et soleil toute la journée). On a eu le plaisir de pouvoir se doucher en semi extérieur avec les rayons du soleil. La piscine attire les moustiques, mais aussi les oiseaux qui viennent les attraper en fin de journée.

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno ad inizio stagione. La casa ha tutti i requisiti per una vacanza rilassante: - splendida vista mare - spazio esterno con una piccola piscina - zona barbecue attrezzata per le grigliate. - ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare La struttura è tenuta in maniera impeccabile dall’host, Paolo, il quale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile e ha reso il nostro soggiorno confortevole con preziosi consigli e attenzioni. Torneremo molto volentieri.

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay, both Angelo and Giorgio were helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations! The apartment fit the 4 of us perfectly, and wow what a stunning view! We could see the huge cliffs of Albania on a clear day! Close enough to walk into Castro which has some great restaurants and also short walk to the little cove of Aquaviva which was brilliant to swim. We had a lovely stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others! Grazie Mille

Wir haben uns auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Sitzplatz wie auch der Pool ist super zum entspannen, der Strand in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Anwesen hat drei Wohnungen, würde sich auch für mehrere Familien/Parteien eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Set in peaceful countryside close to the sea, Villa Rosmarini is a wonderful place to stay and explore the Salento region. The villa is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for a couple or four people. From the roof terrace you can relax and watch the sun set over the sea. Stefania was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. It's very close to Nardo, a pretty Baroque town with good shops and restaurants, and also close to Gallipoli (great for seafood). The local beach at Porto Selvaggio is a real treat. Would definitely stay again when we hopefully come back.

We enjoyed a great family holiday at the nice beach of punto Prosciutto (off season!). Angelo and his wife were very kind and super professional hosts. A new Airbnb experience was that Angelo asked us to sign a separate contract and comittment to the rules of the house. Although the list of rules and instructions is quite long its only common sense behavior and a respectful treatment of his property that he asks for. So, no problem to sign. And the result is a well maintained and clean experience for all his guests. Some information is not so clear from the general description of the house but every information is given in the rules for the stay on the airbnb page which you should devinetively read prior to the booking: e.g. for a family of 4 you have only access to 2 sleeping rooms and the use of the Pool comes with an aditional fee of 7.50€ per erson per day. we didnt use the Pool since I was not sure whether my kids (5&7) would easily follow the rules for it. We enjoyed the sea!

We had a wonderful week’s holiday at Livia’s place. The space had everything we needed for our stay, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the small terrace when the sun was out. The 15mins walk along the road to the beautiful Cala dell'Acquaviva Bay is a must. Swimming there is fantastic, and the water is a lot calmer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. Thank you Livia!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Antonio. C’est la maison des vacances par excellence ! Une super vue mer, une terrasse et une maison très agréable. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Antonio nous a accueilli parfaitement et s’est montré très disponible. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maria and Tomasso’s place is gorgeous and they’ve thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The furniture and design and stunning views are worthy of a magazine! We loved the peace and quiet here in October and swam at the amazing beach right outside the door! We had a car and drove around to all the nearby towns, had dinners in Gallipoli. Just a wonderful stay. Thank you!!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war geräumig und der Garten ideal für mit Kinder. Allessandra war sehr gut erreichbar. Der Empfang erfolgte über ihre Eltern, welche sehr nett waren. Danke für alles🙏🏻

Nell'alloggio di Roberto ci siamo trovati benissimo, ampi spazi, zona silenziosa e vista sul mare, zona parcheggio ampia e tranquilla. Lungomare a poche centinaia di metri. Location consigliatissima.

La casa de Mimma y Simone es más hermosa aún que en las fotos, la terraza tiene unas vistas increíbles y por la escalera de piedra se llega al mar. Nos recibieron personalmente, fueron muy simpáticos y atentos, nos dejaron frutas, una canasta llena de cosas ricas para desayunar, una bandeja con masitas de crema deliciosas y muchas cosas más. Todo estaba impecable, organizado, tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía excelente. Cama cómoda, ropa de cama y de baño de primera calidad, decoración de muy buen gusto. Nos sentimos como en casa! Gracias Mimma y Simone por ser de verdad súper anfitriones!

Siamo stati davvero bene. Gentilissimi dall’accoglienza ai saluti di fine vacanza. Appartamento pulito e situato in un ottimo punto. Vicino a tanti servizi e soprattutto al mare. Esperienza che potrebbe essere tranquillamente ripetuta.
