San Giovanni: soggiorni in case vacanze

Wir verbrachten 6 tolle Tage in Monias Haus. Bereits die Fotos in der Beschreibung versprachen einiges. Aber als wir dort eintrafen, waren wir überwältigt. Das Haus, der Garten, die Sicht... ein Traum. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles äußerst sauber und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Durch die bodentiefen Fenster hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über den See. Auch haben wir den schönen Garten genossen. Dieser ist voll umzäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund bedenkenlos frei lassen konnten. Er fühlte sich beim Sonnenbaden auf dem Rasen sehr wohl und genoss den Aufenthalt genauso wie wir. Die Lage ist perfekt. So ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto unten am See in Gera Lario. Die Kommunikation mit Monia verlief von Anfang bis zum Ende reibungslos. Sie hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und ist sehr freundlich. Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub. Jederzeit gerne wieder....

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung können wir sehr weiterempfehlen.

Ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, super netjes en schoon en ligt op een prachtige locatie in de bergen. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de bewoners van de overige woningen op de residentie, maar grotendeels heb je dit zwembad voor je alleen. De bewoners zijn super vriendelijk en maken graag een praatje met je in het Italiaans 😁 Colico aan het meer is een gezellig klein plaatsje waar je lekker wat kunt eten en drinken. Dit is in een 25 minuten prima naar beneden te lopen (wij met 2 kinderen van 5 en 9 jaar oud). Vanaf Colico kun je makkelijk alle kanten rondom het Comomeer op. Wij raden dit verblijf zeer zeker anderen aan!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren unsicher wegen der Nähe zu den Gleisen, was aber unbegründet war. Man hört kaum was und nachts konnten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen und haben nichts gehört. Der Gartenbereich und der Pool sind sehr schön zum Entspannen und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin war immer gut zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Casa Larga liegt oberhalb von Brissago und kann vom reservierten Parkplatz zu Fuss in 2 Minuten erreicht werden. Die Aussicht ist sensationell und es ist extrem ruhig. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist eine angenehme Bettwäsche vorhanden. Die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet, es fehlt auch dem ambitiösesten Koch nichts. Die Räume sind allesamt sehr gross und hell und sehr einladend. Man muss jedoch bedenken, dass es sehr grosse Fensterflächen hat und es somit bei intensiver Sonneneinstrahlung warm werden kann.

Alessandra (and her aunt!) were such great hosts, always helpful, responsive and super nice. The place itself was just beautiful - you have a super nice view of the lake from the bedroom balcony and see the mountain views from the garden/pool. Just beautiful:) we recommend a car to get around places, however you can also take great hikes/walks from the house. Alessandra also shared very nice local recommendations, that we appreciated! Thanks for everything! :)

Fabio war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und sich sehr gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Logement récemment rénové avec des matériaux de qualité (parquets, poutres apparentes, velux électriques, double vitrage très efficace, portes sécurisées), bien situé par rapport au lac ou à la gare, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour agréable et même un grand garage facile d'accès pour une voiture ou plusieurs motos ; plus une terrasse à l'est, avec vue sur les montagnes, idéale pour le petit déjeuner. Greta a été toujours très réactive et cordiale dans les échanges ; arrivée très pratique avec une boîte à clés facile à trouver. Une adresse à recommander !

The location of the house was simply amazing. One could sit there for hours staring at the view :) The house was even better than expected. Instructions for arriving and getting were clear and the hostess proactively communicated with us. Everything in the house worked perfectly and there was enough equipment and dishes to serve a bigger family. We had zero problems and did not miss anything more from the house. Just perfect! Fiumelatte did not have services except the local restaurant (which was very nice), but the area was very peaceful and Varenna Center was only a 10-minute walk away. Varenna did not have bigger grocery stores, but there is one very good one 7 kilometres away. Car is pretty much required and the accommodation includes a garage for that. Bear in mind, that a big car would be a problem here.

We enjoyed staying at Anna's place. The view of the lake is incredible. Anna is a fabulous host, always responsive and super helpful. She went above and beyond. The house is fabulous, very clean and well appointed. WE really enjoyed our stay and I would be happy to stay again and recommend it. It is up high in Como so it is necessary to have a car. Parking was no problem. We ate ate the fabulous Gatto Nero restaurant and walked there easily.

We had the pleasure of staying at Cinzia’s place for one night, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was smooth and Cinzia was always responsive. She was very friendly and had already put some delicious fruits and eggs from her garden for us. The place was cozy, clean, and had almost everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the bedroom was beautiful, especially with no mist on the lake. There was a supermarket and a bar nearby if you needed anything. Since Nesso has plenty of stairs because of the topography, I suggest not going with heavy baggage or suitcases. Ponte della Civera is a must-visit if you have the time. If you don’t have a car, you can use bus C30 from Como, I suggest you check the timetable on the app and buy your tickets in advance; it can get quite crowded. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely book again.

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

Great stay, would recommended. Excellent facilitators in a quiet neighbourhood.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, sehr schöne Unterkunft, toller Innenhof, ruhige Lage. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, haben uns für die 3 Nächte sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Prettig huisje op een heerlijk rustige locatie met prachtig uitzicht. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is perfect voor honden, die heerlijk vrij kunnen lopen. Het dichtstbijzijnde huis is op 100m en er was de gehele tijd dat wij er waren niemand.

Liebe Yvonne, Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Wir hatten alles was brauchen in der Wohnung. Der große, umzäunte Garten war für unseren kleinen Sohn toll. Er konnte alleine raus und Fußballspielen. Yvonnes Enkel war noch ein plus als toller Mitspieler. Yvonne hat immer schnell auf fragen reagiert. Die Lage ist super, toller Blick, aber nicht zu hoch, so dass man schnell auf der Hauptstraße ist. Große Supermärkte und ein schattiger kinderfreundlicher Strand 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Yvonne war sehr fürsorglich und wenn wir noch mal an den comersee fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Stefanie, Robin und F

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Ottimo alloggio, molto pulito e con tutto l'occorrente. Molto curato nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza rilassante ma allora stesso tempo comoda per visitare il lago di Como!!

Roberta et Alessandro sont d'adorables personnes, très réactives et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le logement est digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles avec une vue imprenable et splendide sur le lac de Côme. Tout est extremement propre, le mobilier est magnifique et l'endroit est à proximité d'un centre commercial. Les 2 salles de bains et WC sont un plus !! On nous a donné les meilleurs sites à visiter le soir de notre arrivée. Meilleur airbnb que j'ai pu faire ! Petit bémol: L'adresse mentionnée ne nous a pas amené tout à fait au bon endroit mais l'hôte est venu nous chercher. Conseil: prenez une voiture pour vous y rendre. Théo
