Das Badezimmer hat eine Urwaldbrause und Handbrause, Doppelwaschbecken, Handtuchtrockner, Föhn, beleuchteter Kosmetikspiegel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, ein Lift ist nicht vorhanden. Ein Carportparkplatz kann extra angemietet werden, ansonsten ist ein Parkplatz je nach Verfügbarkeit vorhanden

Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

This apartment is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A traditional restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers.

It consists of 1 sleeping room with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bath with shower, sink and modern shower toilet, 1 living/dining room with kitchenette, dining table and a functional sofa. 3 additional guests can comfortably sleep in 1 Murphy double bed and 1 single bed.
