Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

Our family of 8 had an amazing time staying at this place. The location was really good especially if you’re spending time in Bellagio and Como Town. The house felt very homey and the views were unreal. Would definetly recommend this place to stay if you’re coming to Lake Como and if you have a car to get around. The host was also very responsive. The outdoor terrace area is what made this place stand out in comparison to other locations, especially when there was good weather.

Elana was fantastic! Due to unexpected circumstances, we were unable to arrive on time. She was more than understanding and extremely flexible. She was willing to extend our time. She quickly answered all our questions. The space was beautiful and location lovely. Just be prepared to walk. The streets are harrowing, but there are old walking paths to get you everywhere. We were able to walk to the next town to catch the ferry without spending much time on the main road.

We had a lovely stay at Il Terrazzino! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay. Riccardo’s home is wonderful and as described. The lake and Mountains View are breathtaking. A great place to relax and be peaceful. Walkable to Menaggio and easy to take the ferry to other towns like Bellagio and Varenna. Riccardo is a great and responsive to all questions. Can’t wait to go back again!

We had a great stay here. Emi got in touch a few days ahead of our stay to provide relevant details re check in and was waiting for us when we arrived. The property views - stunning. Also private access to the lake which was a bonus *and our dog loved it. Super peaceful location - great spot to explore Como from.

All communication before, under and after the stay with Matteo were very accommendating and helpful - we felt helped all the way, also with travels schedules to and from the appartment. At arrivel Matteos friend Roby met us a the pier - a very warm person who made absolutely sure that we felt welcome, and gave us a quick tour of the village. The appartement itself were located just on the water, and to me the location has some of the best views of the lake. The village is very quiet, we slept with the doors open every night and felt asleep to the sound of the lake. If you look for relaxation and tranquility this is the place. We ejoyed the greenway that lead you to Lenno and Tremezzo. It is a 30 minutes walk to Lenno with splendid views, where you can buy your groceries. We would be keen to return next week if we could. We would like to thank Matteo and Roby for being so helpful and keeping the house and appartment as charming as it is.

Logement impeccable et hôte réactif. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’arrêt de bus est juste à coté par contre les bus font beaucoup de retards et le quartier n’est pas desservi par des bars et restaurants, on a trouvé un petit supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds sinon c’était un bel séjour

Unser Aufenthalt (4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) war super. Die Wohnung liegt schön, mit einem tollen Blick auf den Lago. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter fühlt man sich nicht eingeschränkt und hat genug Platz in der Wohnung. Einrichtung war top, selbst für den kleinen hat es an nichts gefehlt :)

Dave and his family were very welcoming and had excellent communication throughout our stay. His father picked us up from the ferry station and took us on a small tour around Gravedona village which was very helpful. The house was beautiful, the views were breathtaking and the hosts were just amazing. Thank you Dave for this wonderful house, our trip was well worth our money!

Lucy est une hôte très sympathique, elle nous a très bien accueillis. L’endroit est très calme, à deux pas du lac avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. L’appartement est très propre et bien cosy avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour en famille. Lucy était très réactive et super gentille avec nous je reviendrai avec plaisir et je la recommande fortement :)

Piękne lokum. zarówno miasteczko Bellano jak i Apartament świetnie pasują do siebie. Genialny widok z poddasza na jezioro i ogromna przestrzeń z praktycznymi rozwiązaniami. wszystko było dostępne od ręki na tym mieszkaniu 😄 Paola to wyśmienity gospodarz i czuliśmy się zaopiekowani oraz bezpieczni już po komunikacji z nią. Bellano to według mnie najpiękniejsze, najspokojniejsze lokalne miasteczko nad Como. zaraz po wyjściu z budynku rozmaite restauracje, wypożyczalnia łodzi motorowych a także plaża. Zdecydowanie każdemu polecamy!

Die Unterkunft ist super, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Direkt am See für einen Spaziergang. Der Verkehr auf der Straße war bei gutem Wetter etwas laut, aber hat uns persönlich nicht besonders gestört. Lecco hat uns positiv überrascht. In meinen Augen schöner als Como. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich. Kann man zu 100% empfehlen.

Locație excelentă, priveliște absolut minunată și gazde extrem de receptive la nevoile turiștilor! Cu siguranță vom reveni în acest loc unde, deși departe de casă, te simți ca acasă! Recomandăm tuturor celor ce-și doresc o vacanță reușită!

Such a lovely stay in this cozy, charming cottage in Nesso! The garden was perfect for lounging in the sun, and we lucked out with beautiful weather. Check-in was super smooth with clear instructions and videos. While we didn’t meet our host, she was very responsive and helpful with local tips. We were greeted with pastries and prosecco, which was such a nice touch! The house is small but great for a short stay. A/C and heating worked well. Bathroom is tiny and hot water ran out quickly, but manageable. There’s a washer (we didn’t use it) but no iron. Heads-up: the steps down to the house from the road are steep! Also, a few things from the listing (like chickens or a certain seating area) weren’t there. We used the bus to get to Como—it’s easy once you figure it out. Overall, our host was wonderful and we’d totally stay here again!

L'appartement de Federico est juste parfait. L'emplacement est super et l'intérieur très agréable ! La communication avec Federico était aussi parfaite, il nous a indiqué plein de bonnes adresses et de choses à faire. Je recommande vivement de passer par chez lui lors de votre visite à Côme !

Everything was perfect! We loved our stay at Marco's place. The apartment is very clean and cozy, the area around is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature. I really enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace and the walk to the center of Dervio along the lake is incredible. I was worried about the railway near the place, but it did not disturb our rest at all. I have a sensitive sleep, but we slept very well and had a great rest after active days. I recommend the place and the hosts and hope to come back.

Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Platz, welches sich sehr gut für eine Familie mit Kindern eignet! Francesco hat immer sehr zügig auf Anfragen reagiert. Ich kann dieses Airbnb sehr empfehlen.

Our stay at Daru‘s place was just great! It‘s a beautiful house with an amazing view on the lake, quiet, and a very relaxing garden with pool. The house is exactly as described and has everything you need. Daru is an awesome host, very responsive and friendly, and he welcomed us personally. We can very much recommend Daru‘s place and hope to come back!

Wir waren für 8 Nächte, Mitte-Ende August, im Cottage und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der Kontakt mit Marina, Antje und Andrea war überaus freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfreich. Antje und Andrea sprechen Deutsch, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu eingerichtet und hat uns vom Stil super gefallen. Sie ist einfach aber stilvoll gestaltet. Was man braucht ist da und auf Unnötiges wurde verzichtet. Der Hammer ist der kurze Weg zu einem wunderschönen kleinen Strand, den man sich ausschließich mit den Nachbarn teilt. Im Unterschied zu den öffentliche Stränden findet man dort auch Schatten und kann so leicht mehrere Stunden lesend und schwimmend verbringen. Der kleine Garten am Cottage bietet sehr viel Ruhe und Rückzug. Zu unserer Zeit gab es viele Stechmücken. Es scheint, die sind nur deshalb da, damit man sich noch nicht gleich ganz im Paradies fühlt. Sehr herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit an Dich, Marina und Team. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Marion und Günter
