Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

This is a unique, airy studio space located in central Hamilton. The Studio is within walking distance to Waikato & Braemar Hospitals, and Hamilton Lake. Ideal location for those visiting or working at Braemar & Waikato Hospital. Only five minute drive to the CBD, close to supermarkets, all public amenities, cafes and restaurants. Located at the top of hill it is very tranquil environment, perfect after a busy day. If you listen closely you might even hear the lovely sounds of the local Tui.

Located perfectly just 10 mins drive from central Hamilton and also 10 mins from the airport, Mystery Creek, the Velodrome, Hamilton Gardens, Waikato Uni and Ruakura. It is fully self contained with a modern kitchen and spacious living area. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Only 1.2kms off the Waikato River Trail it is a perfect base for those wanting to explore by bike.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

Enjoy this private stand alone semi rural studio unit, close to Hamilton (3km off S.H 1) situated on 2 acres, close to the main home. 90 mins from Auckland airport, 10min Hamilton International Airport, Mystery Creek, Avanti drome and Hamilton central. 40 Mins to Hobbiton (Matamata). 1hr to Waitomo Caves 15 min to Waikato and Braemar Hospitals Large open property to park large vehicles, campers, caravans, trailers etc.

Great place to use as a base for Hobbiton and Waitomo caves.

Bicycles can be safely stored in our locked garage."

A great location near Waikato Hospital, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton Gardens and the city centre. Green Valley Cabin overlooks a gully with nature right on your doorstep. You may even be greeted by our delightful and friendly one-eyed cat, Winky. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave.

The Haven - City Retreat

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located city haven. Everything you need is at your finger tips (or at least within a short walk). Less than 500m to Waikato Hospital and Hamilton Lake. Only a 15 min walk to a wide range of restaurants and shops in the CBD. Or just rest a while in your own private, sun-filled courtyard garden. City living never felt so good!
