The accomodation is located at "Centener", one of the exlcusive living areas of Rovinj. The house consits of a two rooms apartment situated on the first floor. The apartment has two double beds and an addtional single bedcouch. The living room is divided into living/sleeping area and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom constains shower and toilet. In front of the flat you can find a nice terrace which invites for relaxing in the sun or cooling down in the evening. Next two the house is a big garden with a huge stone dining table perfectly made for outdoor BBQs. BBQ equipment is also included. Next to: 5 min walk to two supermarkets, 15 min walk to the center of the city, 15 min walk to the beach, 5-10min walk to excellent restaurants. Our studio apartment 2+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking. It consists of a big bright room with a king size bed,an additional bed, a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space, a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony which overlooks the roofs of Rovinj and has an amazing sea-view. The apartment has free WiFi, TV and AC. Our house is in a safe neighbourhood, the city centre is a 5min walk and you reach the nearest beach on foot in 10min or 3min by car.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

The studio is located in a beautiful house, it is very comfortable for one or two people and newly decorated. It has a separate entrance and a covered terrace...You can use one parking place in the yard.Inside is an equipped kitchen,bathroom,double bed,Tv and everything you need for a comfortable stay.The nearest beach is 15t minutes walk away, as the center of the city,and a big supermarket is a few minutes walking...gas station a few minutes with the car....Have a pleasant vacation :)...

L'appartamento è situato all'interno della nostra casa familiare di architettura risalente al periodo austro-ungarico. Molto vicina al centro città, a solo 3 minuti di distanza (a piedi) dal magnifico Anfiteatro. e circa 8 minuti. Per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico, i bar, ristoranti, pub, gallerie servono dai 5 agli 8 min. Tutte le nostre spiagge cittadine si trovano nel raggio di 3-4 Km. Tutti i piccoli villaggi distano circa 5-10 km dall'appartamento. La fermata del bus a 300m.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Behind the house there is a garden where you can relax or make a barbeque with friends or family. Be aware that when you are in the nature you can also be a meal for mosquitos. 😊 So make sure to use a repellent. Last but not least, free parking is in front of the house.
