La casa è in un’ottima posizione, la zona in cui si trova è tranquilla e a pochi minuti da Asiago. Casa accogliente e tipica per chi ama le case di montagna. Ottimo anche il caminetto esterno per delle grigliate in compagnia. Proprietari molto disponibili sia nella fase di prenotazione che durante il soggiorno. Sicuramente un bel posto per trascorrere del buon tempo in compagnia.

We had a great experience staying at Jacob’s place. It was conveniently close to many villages offering a lot of activities. The host was very flexible, especially since we had a late check-in. The place was spacious and peaceful, featuring a large backyard that added to the serene atmosphere.

This villa is fantastic - it was build in 1965 and the style is well preserved, the massive, wooden window blinds and the furniture inside breath history and make you feel at home! The place is definitively not „downtown“ but very remote and private which makes it ideal for a family or friends who just want to stay away from „it all“ and enjoy a gorgeous view over the Prosecco hills into the alps as well as towards the lagoon of Venice. The tranquility of this place makes it a great location for shorter or longer break. The hosts are extremely friendly, their hospitality was excellent and they made you feel like almost like royal guests on their premises. Side note: the villa is located in one of the areas of the Andreola winery which makes it a very suitable location when you like Proseccco…

Ho passato due giorni con la mia famiglia nella splendida casa di Ezio. La casa rispecchia esattamente le foto e le descrizioni, così come l'area esterna, e tutto è curato con attenzione. Cercavamo due giorni di relax ed è proprio quello che abbiamo trovato. L'area è particolarmente silenziosa e vicinissima al lago di Caldonazzo. La possibilità di utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio riscaldata la sera, con vista sulle montagne circostanti e le stelle, è la ciliegina sulla torta della casa. Ezio ci ha fornito molte informazioni e consigli utili sulle attività da svolgere, dove mangiare e tutto il necessario. Ci siamo veramente sentiti come degli amici dei padroni di casa. Ultimo plus: ci è stata richiesta la massima attenzione alla raccolta differenziata, cosa che ci ha fatto notevolmente piacere.

Wir hatten traumhafte Tage im Chalet Rich bei Alex und Ilaria. Alles war absolut perfekt. Selbst das Wetter Anfang Mai. Der PanoramaAusblick ist absolut atemberaubend. Aus dem Whirlpool einfach großartig. Wir mochten die stimmige und liebevolle Einrichtung im Ferienhaus zudem sehr. Die Ruhe dort oben haben wir sehr genossen. Und die Mega Pizza bei Alex Bruder im Restaurant um die Ecke. Ein echtes Kleinod.

Best place to stay around prosecco hills and dolomites

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht über Burgeis ist der Wahnsinn, die kleine Wohnung sehr schön und sauber, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Die Kommunikation mit Josef war zu jeder Zeit einwandfrei. Auch eine späte Anreise war kein Problem. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wspaniała lokalizacja, ciche miejsce w sam raz żeby odpocząć po ciężkim dniu na nartach. Blisko do sklepu oraz pizzerii. Gospodarz bardzo miły i uprzejmy chętnie doradza. W naszym apartamencie czuliśmy się jak w domu wszytko było na swoim miejscu polecam i na pewno wrócę.

Prachtig huisje. Mooi ingericht. Het is alleen een beetje vreemd dat de douche in een van de kamers is. Als je je wilt wassen 's morgens vroeg moet je wachten tot diegene die er slaapt wakker is. Host reageerde snel. Ook toen het automatische slot kapot was. Kom hij met een cadeautje aan. Had niet gehoeven, kan hij niks aan doen.

Consigliatissimo! Posizione strategica sia per camminate, vicinanza ai laghi e ai musei. Jamilia è stata super accorgliente gentilissima oltre ognj aspettativa voccolandoci con un dolce aperitivo di benvenuto e dei profumatossimi pancake oper la mattina , la casa grande e pulitissima impeccabile! Torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati molto bene, Laura è stata davvero gentile e disponibile! Ci ha dato dei consigli molto utili. Direi che la posizione dell’appartamento vale il suo costo, anche solo per la vicinanza al lago di Braies, ma non solo. Lo consigliamo 😊

Die Unterkunft ist einfach toll. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Für meinen kleinen Sohn war alles da was benötigt wurde. Das überdachte Wohnzimmer ist ein absoluter Traum. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Bach direkt daneben ist einfach entspannend. Wir können das Apartment wärmstens empfehlen.

The place was great and looked just like the pictures. Filippo always responded quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay there again the next une I’m in the Dolomiti.

The location of Cima 12 is superb! The house is surrounded by many hectares of nature, which offer a lot of quietness and privacy. The 360 view of the Dolomites is magnificent. Our host Thomas was friendly and responded quickly when we needed him. Changing the gas cylinder for example we could do easily ourselves with his clear explanation in English. Apart from the washing machine that we were told on the day we arrived temporarily couldn't be used (washing shop was a 15 minute drive by car so not a problem for us), the house comes equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation. We especially enjoyed the view from all the large windows and the balcony that faces directly Cima Dodici! All in all, as Thomas calls it, a shabby-chique styled spacious Italian Alps house in the middle of nature with lots of sunlight (and shade if you preferer) and all modern utilities suitable for two people or (large) families/groups. We enjoyed our stay Thomas!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viele Möglichkeiten an: gemütlich sitzen und spielen neben dem Kamin, kochen, ... Mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon, auf der Terrasse, im Garten und unter dem Pavillon. Tischtennis oder Basketball spielen oder im Wald wandern. Atemberaubende Aussicht aus dem Haus direkt oder aus dem Garten: der Blick auf den Gardasee und die Stadt Arco und auf die Dolomiten. Ich und meine Familie werden diese. Urlaub lange in schöner Erinnerung behalten 🥰

Tutto fantastico, ordinato, pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Cucina super attrezzata, barbecue esterno per grigliare. Posto fantastico.

Marco und seine Familie leben in einem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus eingebettet in Natur pur ist ein wahres Juwel, der Blick unbezahlbar. Wir waren mit unserer Tochter und unserem Hund zu Gast und allesamt hätten wir es nicht mehr geniessen können. Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und Marco's Tochter und Frau geben einem unmittelbar ein warmherziges Gefühl von 'Zuhause'. Liebsten Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Posto meraviglioso, maso bellissimo e confortevole circondato da natura e pace. Camminare bellissima, si può partire dal maso stesso. Ottimo.

We chose this place for our annual Easter climbing gathering. It was perfect for a large group. The access road is a dirt track, but it was manageable to drive on. We especially enjoyed the large dining tables in the evenings—they created a great atmosphere for spending time together. The stoves also added a cozy vibe to our stay. Lorenzo was a wonderful host: precise, responsive, and always available when needed. Thank you for hosting us!

Das Haus ist wunderschön romantisch an einem Bach gelegen. Die Umgebung ist ausgesprochen ruhig. Man hört nur das Bachrauschen - was sehr angenehm ist. Im Haus ist es sehr sauber und es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist die Fürsorge des Gastgebers. Man bekommt vor Anreise eine hervorragende und ausführliche Information über die beste Anfahrt, wie die Technik im Haus anzuwenden ist und welche Freizeitmöglichkeiten man hat. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich und auch sehr schnell. Bei einer Bewertung nach Punkten zwischen 0 und 100 würde ich 120 Punkte vergeben. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert.

Everything was as described, clean, well communicated and all worked well. Close to slopes for skiing and lots of nice walks around. Would definitely recommend it for a stay.
