 Since we only had 5 star reviews and earned the Superhost status- we didn't have much to fix, we just improved our offer even more. Everything that was big - now is even bigger (145 square meters) and everything that was modern - is now even more modern and all in order to provide our guests with the perfect place to relax or work remotely.

My place is located in Risan just 10 minutes away ( foot) from city center. Apartment is situated on the first floor of family house, suraround by Mediterans greenery. My family is living on the ground floor of house. Apartment contains 78 square m and it is comfortable even for two families. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all equipment, table, tv, 3 air conditions and terrace. Wi fi is free and parking place of course.

Neka vam sve bude jednostavnije u ovom mirnom smještaju koji se nalazi u centru lijepog primorskog mjesta koje je jedno od najstarijih naselja u Boki kotorskoj.Ulica je prekrivena kamenim mozaikom iz ll vijeka. Pogled na planine i more.Kafici,restorani,prodavnice,posta,park,plaze...sve je na udaljenosti od 10 minuta hoda. Imate dvije zajednicke terase da se opustite uz casu vina ili vaseg omiljenog pica i uzivate u pogledu.

Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.
