Very clean and well equipped apartment in short walking distance to the old town of Tropea and to the beach. The highlight is the terrace with an incomparable sea view, on a clear day you can see the Stromboli volcano and the sundown is fantastic.

Great apartment, two large bedrooms with large beds. The balcony opens on three sides, access to the balcony from all rooms and the kitchen. It 's clean and there 's everything you need . The sea is 200 m away, a great beach. Restaurants on the shore. Everything is great! I recommend it!

Het uitzicht is echt prachtig vanuit de leuke tuin. Het is zalig om te bbq'en terwijl je van de zonsondergang geniet. Alles is aanwezig in het huis. De ontvangst is hartelijk en de communicatie met Aurelia en Antonio verlopen vlot ondanks de taalbarriere.

Das Haus von Andrea liegt traumhaft schön am Meer, mit einem direkten Zugang zum Strand. Man hat einen freien Ausblick auf Meer, den Stromboli am Horizont und jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, wie in Italien oft üblich, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Umgebung ist im Oktober schon sehr ruhig, hin und wieder schleicht ein Katze vorbei, man ist komplett ungestört und kann die Ferien genießen. Zum Haus gehört ein Garagenstellplatz, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Eine Bar und ein paar Restaurants sind zu Fuss in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pippo, der Vater von Andrea, kümmert sich sehr liebevoll, um alle Belange vor Ort, sei es eine Frage zur Umgebung, wo man etwas bekommen kann, etwas funktioniert nicht oder auch nur ein Schwätzchen über das Wetter. Er ist stets erreichbar und freut sich helfen zu können. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Beautiful location with views and by the beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped.

l'alloggio ha soddisfatto i miei requisiti: a piedi in spiaggia (4 minuti in piano a piedi), spiaggia pubblica sabbiosa e poco affollata (molto lunga e larga, ultime due di luglio con zone "deserte", anche se ci sono 2/3 lidi), mare bello (acqua tiepida e pulita come a tropea o a zambrone) parcheggio comodo (di fianco all'appartamento), letti comodi e spazio esterno per lasciare le cose del mare. comunicazione ottima con il proprietario. rapporto qualità/prezzo (visto i prezzi del preriodo) ragionevole. migliorabile? come in molti casi, un pò di attenzione al mobilio e alle attrezzature (stoviglie..) renderebbe l'ambiente più curato e funzionale. Unica pecca, eventualmente, è che alla seconda camera si accede passando dalla prima.

Sehr schönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten mitten im Grünen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, Stromboli, die Eolischen Inseln und Sizilien (mit Ätna) und spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Obwohl das Haus aufgrund seiner Lage eine wahre Ruheoase ist, kann man alle Highlights der Gegend die Orte, Buchten und Strände des Capo Vaticano, der Costa degli Dei mit Tropea in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Besonders hat mir an der Unterkunft die wirklich sehr gute Ausstattung gefallen, die auch längere Aufenthalte (5 Wochen) sehr angenehm macht und Eleonora ist eine ausgesprochen nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sehr rasch reagiert, wenn man zusätzliche Unterstützung braucht. Noch ein Hinweis für Fahrer von E-Autos: das AC-Laden in der unmittelbaren Umgebung (San Domenica, Tropea) und die Küste hoch bis Pizzo ist sehr einfach möglich und bei längeren Ausflügen in alle Richtungen wie Catanzaro, Crotone, Badolato, Gerace, Scilla, Pentedattilo findet man unterwegs immer einige Schnelllader.

Bright and spacious apartment with a large terrace, unbeatable views and a wonderful host! Our host was one of the very best we have ever had. Adriano held us a parking spot on arrival, drove us and our luggage to the apartment and also carried our luggage down the one flight of stairs. Whatever we needed, Adriano provided. The washing machine broke down near the end of our stay, we reported it to Adriano and he replaced it the same day! The apartment itself was perfect. Located in the heart of the historic centre and just steps away from restaurants, bars and shopping, it was wonderful to explore all the small streets and alleys as well as the beaches below the city but it was so hard to tear ourselves away from the terrace! It was so relaxing, we could see the beaches below, Stromboli on the horizon and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. The daily market was within walking distance and we cooked many meals in the apartment with fresh ingredients. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille paisible et extrêmement agréable dans ce logement. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à sa description et nous a hébergés très confortablement (4 personnes). La belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la plage privée à proximité immédiate garantissent de profiter au mieux d'une situation géographique privilégiée et d'un littoral parmi les plus beaux de toute la Calabre. Lucia a été une hôte parfaite et prévenante: réactive, cordiale, arrangeante et prodigue de conseils pour nous assurer un séjour réussi. Ce fut une très belle manière de clôturer nos vacances d'été et une expérience que nous serons ravis de renouveler dans le futur.

Ons verblijf bij Anneli was zeer goed verlopen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De terrasruimte, zicht op zee en zeker de buitendouche mogen we niet vergeten. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de buurman Alan. De woning is op wandelafstand van de prachtige zee en bij mooi weer zie je Stromboli iets verderop in de zee liggen. We zijn er buiten het seizoen geweest. Zoals Anneli ons al had gewaarschuwd, was er zeer weinig open en was er bijna niemand te bespeuren in de dichte omgeving. Dit kan fijn zijn, maar misschien niet als je liever in de drukte zit. Met de auto konden we ons snel verplaatsen naar andere dorpjes + we hadden het strand voor ons alleen. Wij hadden er dus geen last van ;) Misschien 1 open strandbar was fijn geweest :) Wij sliepen er met 5 vriendinnen, wat perfect was voor de grote van het huis. Zeker aan te raden verblijfplaats!!!!

Ottimo soggiorno a Parghelia ad agosto. Bilocale in Villa molto bella. panorama dalla finestra della camera strepitoso…direttamente sul mare e su Tropea. Ancora più suggestivo godersi i tramonti meravigliosi direttamente sulle sdraio posizionate nel parco della villa. Tutto pulito e in ordine al nostro arrivo con L’host sempre presente e disponibile. Pro attiva e reattiva la Signora Ivana non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Un plus per la cordialità. Appartamento ben attrezzato e funzionale. Meravigliosa la ventilazione naturale dello stesso. Aria condizionata non utilizzata. Ideale per vacanza di mare con famiglia. Location vicina alle spiagge di Michelino e Vardano,…circa 10 minuti a piedi. Paese di Parghelia ancora più vicino. Tropea a 5 minuti di macchina. Posizione strategica davvero. Complimenti. Ottimo soggiorno.

Location curata con ampio giardino esterno molto utile per le famiglie che viaggiano con bambini. I miei bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare nel giardino recintato. La posizione è tranquilla e la notte si dorme bene senza rumori. Viaggiando con bambini ho voluto prenotare un Family Residence e la scelta è stata proprio azzeccata. Consigliatissimo

alloggio a dir poco fantastico,é stato perfetto per una settimana di completo relax. abbiamo alloggiato con la nostra cagnolona che ha avuto tutto lo spazio di cui aveva bisogno e le sue splendide cagnoline già presenti nella casa con cui giocare. le padroni di casa sono state super disponibili e gentili per l’intero soggiorno,dandoci consigli sulla zona e venendoci incontro ove possibile. menzione speciale per la vista sul mare dalla casa che ci ha fatto sognare.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, direkt am Meer mit Fels/steinküste, dadurch hat das Meer immer ein schönes Türkis und das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Parken auf dem eingezäuntem Grundstück und der Pool - der sehr groß ist- macht den Aufenthalt perfekt, auch dass draußen noch Tische zum Essen sind.. und natürlich die Außendusche… TOP Von hieraus kann man viele Orte gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Vermieter auch sehr nett… auch sein 92 jähriger Vater und sein Bruder… sehr herzlich Vielen Dank

We really loved our stay here! We especially enjoyed the private beach access and the outside terrace. Also, Marco was super communicative and responsive even late at night when we checked in:)

Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat uns sehr hilfreiche Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben. Blick vom Balkon auf dem Stromboli, die wunderschönen Pflanzen und der Sonnenuntergang waren atemberaubend. Wunderbare Strände in der Umgebung. Es war einfach alles wunderschön.🤩

Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Thank you Maurizio for a wonderful holiday.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane indimenticabili in questa splendida villetta al mare. La location è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. La villa è spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza rilassante. Il parcheggio è gratuito ben custodito nel residence. Un ringraziamento speciale va agli host, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Dal momento della prenotazione fino al check-out, sono stati sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a fornire consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! Consiglio vivamente questa villa a chiunque cerchi un luogo tranquillo e accogliente per godersi il mare in piena tranquillità Non vediamo l'ora di tornare, grazie di cuore.

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

El apartamento de Francesco es totalmente recomendable.Con todos los detalles para pasar una estadía estupenda. Una atención inmejorable por parte de él. A metros de la playa en una localidad encantadora. Y una vista espectacular por la ventana del comedor. Ha sido un gusto realmente estar allí estos dias

Siamo stati in questo appartamento la penultima settimana di Agosto 2024. Già dalla descrizione e dalle foto utilizzate dai proprietari per presentare l'appartamento si intuisce che si tratta di un bell'appartamento, di recente costruzione, bene arredato ed in un contesto tranquillo ed elegante. Le aspettative, pertanto, erano molto alte: sono state ampiamente superate. - l'appartamento è spazioso, bene arredato e con tutti i confort necessari per non avvertire differenze con la propria casa; - Il giardino, molto curato con un bellissimo prato, ha un gazebo ed un barbecue che rendono le serate magiche: rilassanti e straordinariamente "estive"; - La spiaggia ed il mare (strepitoso) sono veramente a pochi metri; - A Caulonia e nei paesi vicini ci sono tutti i servizi ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è sempre molto corretto. Spero di cuore di poter trascorrere altre estati, con la mia famiglia, in questo splendido appartamento. Infine grazie a Giuseppe per la puntualità e la disponibilità.

Wir haben nun zum zweiten mal im Apartment von Uldrich übernachtet. Wie schon bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt vor 3 Jahren war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet! Uldrich antwortet bei Fragen außergewöhnlich schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten leider nur für zwei Übernachtungen Zeit, aber diese Zeit haben wir sehr genossen und uns perfekt erholt. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, werden wir ganz sicher wieder dort übernachten!

Zambrone is an ideal place that allows you to easily take in the energy of surrounding areas of Tropea, Pizzo, and Briatico – without the tourist chaos. A very short drive gets you to Tropea and all the delights it has to offer. On its own, Zambrone has a gorgeous beach complete with chairs/umbrellas and cafes, great restaurants, and a charming town above the marina in the hills. I would choose to stay here again and recommend without issue!
