Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

A beautiful apartment of 85 m2 and terrace of 35 m2 on the first floor of house, 3500 m from the sea in small village called Rasopasno. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room, and the beautiful and excellently equipped kitchen. My place is close to the beach, nightlife, restaurants and dining, great views, and family-friendly activities. It's a great place for couples, business travelers, families and groups of people.

Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
