Das Ferienhaus Orijana befindet sich im Dorf Pusti in der Nähe der mittelalterlichen Stadt Svetvinčenat. Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Fläche von 1000 Quadratmetern in einer attraktiven Lage. Sie werden in der Nähe der Mitte der Stadt sein, und doch abseits von Großstadthektik und Lärm. Das neu erbaute Haus verfügt über 80 Quadratmeter, gibt es: zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad, Küche und Esszimmer, und das Wohnzimmer.
