Puster Valley: soggiorni in case vacanze

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden versuchen auch im Sommer einmal das Haus zu buchen. Wir können Christian und die Unterkunft herzlichst weiter empfehlen.

Alles entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Man mietet einen kleinen hinteren Teil der Hauses mit separatem Eingang. Man hat zusätzlich eine Terrasse, die nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Und einen großen Parkplatz. Ende September war es schon etwas kühl geworden und wir hätten gerne die Heizung benutzt, konnten aber nur mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Das hat funktioniert, aber natürlich nur in den Schlafzimmern, in denen die Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Renato war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely lovely, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that made for a truly relaxing experience. The apartment itself was spotless, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was incredibly easy and smooth, making the whole process from check-in to check-out stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Ho passato due giorni con la mia famiglia nella splendida casa di Ezio. La casa rispecchia esattamente le foto e le descrizioni, così come l'area esterna, e tutto è curato con attenzione. Cercavamo due giorni di relax ed è proprio quello che abbiamo trovato. L'area è particolarmente silenziosa e vicinissima al lago di Caldonazzo. La possibilità di utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio riscaldata la sera, con vista sulle montagne circostanti e le stelle, è la ciliegina sulla torta della casa. Ezio ci ha fornito molte informazioni e consigli utili sulle attività da svolgere, dove mangiare e tutto il necessario. Ci siamo veramente sentiti come degli amici dei padroni di casa. Ultimo plus: ci è stata richiesta la massima attenzione alla raccolta differenziata, cosa che ci ha fatto notevolmente piacere.

Frederico was very responsive and flexible to my work schedule, and the apartment was clean and in a nice location, would recommend!

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

One of those places that actually looks better than in the pictures. Ilaria and Alex are very nice people they gladly helped us with everything we needed with patience and a big smile :) Views are beautiful Quiet and peaceful Very clean

We spent a wonderful 6 days here celebrating Christmas with three generations of the family. The house surpassed our expectations. Every room is spacious, cosy and flooded with light and fabulous views.

Ik heb met mijn familie weer een geweldige wintersportvakantie beleefd in het Traumhaus! Het is een zeer geschikt huis voor families met jonge kinderen. Het uitzicht in de woonkamer op de besneeuwde bergtoppen is echt fantastisch :-). De communicatie met Monika verloopt goed en reageert snel. Ik raad iedereen dit appartement aan voor een geweldige tijd in de zon of in de sneeuw.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Tina! Ich war mit meinem Ehemann und unseren drei Kindern dort, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war geräumig, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet für eine Familie. Besonders dankbar sind wir Tina, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns mit tollen Tipps für kinderfreundliche Ausflüge in der Umgebung versorgt hat. Ihre herzliche Art hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir haben dort wirklich schöne Tage verbracht und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren mit unserer Freundesgruppe in dem Chalet für 10 Personen. Alles war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn. Alle haben sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch der Check-In war dank der freundlichen Mitarbeiter kein Problem. Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit. Mit dem Zug nach Innsbruck sind es nur 20-30 Minuten und auch die Seitentäler sind gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Lage direkt an der Gondel wäre zum Skifahren super gewesen.

Wir sind super zufrieden gewesen, Top Unterkunft und selbst mit Auto, Anhänger und 2 Motorräder Platz zum Parken gehabt was für uns ausschlaggebend war. Kann ich weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gab sehr viel Platz für zwei Personen, selbst für vier Personen hätte es ausreichend Platz gegeben. Die ruhige Lage war ideal zum Entspannen – unser Highlight war die traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge vom Balkon. Eine perfekte Location zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We waren met 5 mannen (leeftijd van 56-72 jaar), in een huis waar tot 14 mensen kunnen logeren. We hadden dus meer dan ruimte en comfort voldoende, met ieder een eigen toilet, kamer, en 4 badkamers ter beschikking. We hebben genoten van dit huis, waarbij we elke dag, 's morgens de pistolets aan de deur lieten leveren, via de lokale bakker. Ligging is 5 minuutjes weg van de hoofdweg, maar ideaal gelegen tussen de skigebeiden Kaltenbach en Zillertal Arena. Gastvrouw/heer waren zeer vriendelijk en bereikbaar. We hadden per ongeluk een glas rode wijn over de bank (met stoffen bekleding) gemorst, maar ze maakten daar geen probleem over. We zouden zeker terugkomen, indien de gelegenheid zich zou voordoen en kunnen deze woning alleen maar aanraden.

L'appartamento era carino e comodo. Parcheggio in zona senza problemi. Fantastica vista e silenzio a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. Vicino alla Diga, meta della mia visita. Unico neo la caldaia del riscaldamento posizionata accanto alla camera da letto per cui se avete necessita di tenere acceso il riscaldamento la notte si sente e da un po di fastidio.

We stayed at Elfi’s place with our daughter, son-in-law and four of our grandchildren. The property was charming and well suited to our family size. It was clean and comfortable, offered very spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a well appointed kitchen, adequate dining space, and had everything to meet the needs of our family. The cost was reasonable and provided proximity to all the major attractions nearby. The surrounding area was stunningly beautiful. We were able to walk or take a short drive to high quality restaurants where the service staff welcomed us warmly. People in the neighborhood were very friendly and helpful. Our host, Elfi, was warm and highly responsive to our needs. We recommend Elfi and her property highly.

The house is amazing, large with alot of history and is beautifully renovated. Great for the number of guests we had everyone had their own room and own space. It was a great base for where we needed to be to visit relatives in surrounding visit and nothing is too far away. The beds were comfortable and large so plenty of storage and had everything you needed. We could park off the street and also had great washing facilities and room to hang clothes in the upstairs attic space. Matteo’s house exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

Dunia is a great host who always answered swiftly with a lot of care and attention. The house is old and basic but offers you a warm cozy place in good location at an affordable price. Would book again!
