I can’t speak highly enough about this villa - it is spotless, well maintained, beautiful and very well equipped. Maria is a wonderful host and you can see how much effort she goes to to maintain such a beautiful properly. Equally she was so accommodating and helpful to me and our family, she made us feel so at home and nothing was too much trouble. We spent a lot more time at the villa than we had intended because it is so delightful and so peaceful. Thank you Maria!

This place was very nice and very big! The host Giancarlo was really welcoming and made useful recommendations. He recommended the Skafe restaurant nearby. It was a very nice family restaurant. A nice plus!

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

Pobyt był bardzo miły, spędziliśmy dobrze czas. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek w ciszy, domek zapewnia prywatność. Wszystko czyste, wiele udogodnień. Bardzo ładny taras i świetny basen. Blisko plaży (około 15 min na nogach). Polecamy serdecznie.

Valentina er veldig hyggelig, ryddig og hjelpsom i kommunikasjonen. Villaen ligger skjermet plassert i en rolig olivenlund. Designet er moderne og utrustet med alt man trenger for oppholdet. Fantastisk å kunne plukke urter og grønnsaker fra kjøkkenhagen. Deilig uteareal med svømmebasseng.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce na tydzień relaksu z rodziną. To był fantastyczny pobyt we wspaniałym kamiennym domu, bardzo spokojnym, otoczonym gajem oliwnym i słonecznym ogrodem z basenem ( basen nie podgrzewany, woda czysta o tej porze roku chłodna co jednak naszym dzieciom nie przeszkadzało się kąpać ). Miejsce idealne dla 4-osobowej rodziny, z dobrą lokalizacją do zwiedzania pobliskich miasteczek i na jednodniowy wypad nad morze. Chętnie wrócimy i gorąco polecamy to miejsce! Komunikacja z gospodarzami bardzo dobra.

We loved spending time in the sparkling pool and jacuzzi, and the sauna offered a rejuvenating touch. The secure parking was a definite plus. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen made preparing meals a delight. Laura's warm and attentive hospitality made us feel truly at home, always available for questions and recommendations. Our host Angelo was very kind, helpful and quick to respond to our messages. He suggested local stores and restaurants and we enjoyed them immensely. We look forward to returning to Puglia next year.

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön umgeben von Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren mit 8 Personen über Weihnachten & Silvester dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir können das Haus, sowie Sergio und sein Team nur wärmsten empfehlen. Wer ein paar ruhige Tage inmitten der Natur sucht & trotzdem die Nähe zu schönen Städten in Apulien sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Das Haus war der perfekte Ort um mit Freunden und Familie meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Toll eingerichtete Zimmer, super tolle Küche draußen und sehr viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Jeden Tag konnte man schöne neue Ecken auf dem Grundstück entdecken. Der Garten und das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und alle waren begeistert von der Unterkunft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke Vicenzo!!!!

This is a 5 start review for villa solivetta managed by Puglia Villas. We had a fantastic stay and the booking experience was amazing from the beginning to the end. Our guest angel Sara was devine to deal with and made our stay super easy with amazing recommendations on things to do and places to go. The villa itself is just beautiful. Massive garden with lots of different places to hang out all shaded by olive trees and a nice refreshing pool. Perfect house for a family got everything you need and possibly dream off. We can highly recommend staying there. We had the best time and we planning to come back soon again!!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Fabrizio. Er ist ein super Gastgeber, Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Es ist so ein schönes Anwesen und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder.

Excellent villa with beautiful coastal places to visit within short drives. The villa is as advertised. 3 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms with double beds in each and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. 2 bathrooms with good showers with good water pressure inside Villa. Additional bathroom with shower in annex also with good water pressure. There are also 2 external showers by the pool area. The outside area is excellent with a well maintained pool, which is ideal to cool off in. The barbecue and outside dining area is excellent. There is also additional outside seating levels over 2 levels and an outdoor games area. The owner was excellent and cleaned the pool and the barbecue at 6 am every morning, whilst we were asleep. He also arrived very promptly within 10 minutes when one minor issue needed sorting. Would thoroughly recommend.

Logement parfait, tout le nécessaire pour passer de bons moments en famille, très bien accueillis avec boissons fraîches, gâteau et bombons pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement.

Angelo et Anna Maria sont des hôtes exceptionnels, qui ont envie de faire découvrir leur belle région et les produits locaux. Le jardin est très agréable avec différentes terrasses (ombre et soleil toute la journée). On a eu le plaisir de pouvoir se doucher en semi extérieur avec les rayons du soleil. La piscine attire les moustiques, mais aussi les oiseaux qui viennent les attraper en fin de journée.

Très bel environnement pour se reposer. L’intérieur est magnifique. Attention: c’est bien une chambre et un divan lit dans le salon mais bien deux salles de bain. Tout est parfait, moderne et de bon goût. L’extérieur est juste extraordinaire. Beaucoup d’espace, énorme piscine, 3 beaux lit de soleil XXL. Sur la propriété se trouve les parents de Carlo, qui sont charmants et extrêmement discret. On ne les voyaient jamais donc tout l’espace est vraiment bien privatisé. Il y a deux chiens qui se promènent librement, tout à fait adorables. La famille de Carlo tient une excellente pâtisserie et Gelateria au centre. Carlo nous a aidé pour réserver un restaurant à Gallipoli et donner de bons conseils pour le parking. Très bel endroit, permettant de découvrir la région. Merci Carlo.

Our two families with 5 kids (6-10y) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andrea’s beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The house itself is even more stunning than the photos, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering both peace and quiet while being close to local attractions. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this place is ideal. Andrea went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always quick to respond and full of helpful local tips. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. They even thought of our late arrival time and fixed some food for us to feed the hungry kids!!! Absolutely outstanding for a AirB&B host in my opinion! I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return!

Posto fantastico come previsto dalle foto e dalla descrizione presente sul sito. Abbiamo passato quattro giorni a contatto con la natura utilizzando frutta, verdura e uova presenti all’interno della tenuta. Lisa e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno assistito in ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo di sicuro ✨

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

We were two couples and spent a week in one of the two villas. It was simply wonderful and perfect. The beautiful interior of the house and the fantastic parklike garden with a wonderful pool, the outdoor kitchen and the huge olive-garden make it impossible not to have a fantastic stay in Puglia. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso alla Dimora Bianche Mura tra Ostuni e Ceglie Messapica. Siamo stati in otto e ci siamo sentiti subito accolti in questa dimora immersa tra gli ulivi, un luogo che trasmette pace e tranquillità. La casa è attrezzata di ogni comfort, il che ci ha permesso di sentirci come a casa nostra, senza doverci preoccupare di nulla. L’arredamento, che rispetta lo stile originario, è semplice ma molto curato, con un gusto autentico che rende l’atmosfera calda e accogliente. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare la zona, e la tranquillità del luogo ci ha permesso di rilassarci completamente godendo di tutti gli spazi della casa. La proprietaria si è dimostrata un’host eccezionale: la comunicazione è stata ottima sia prima dell’arrivo che durante il soggiorno, ed è stata molto gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Consiglio vivamente questa dimora a chi cerca un soggiorno autentico, confortevole e gestito con tanta cura!
