Welcome to our Villa Apartment in Pula! Our 120m² apartment is located in the peaceful Marina Veruda area, right at the entrance to the stunning Verudela peninsula. It’s just a short walk to the best beaches in Pula, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also being close to everything you need to explore. Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Apartment offers accomodation for two people, with private bathrom and kitchen with all neessary kitchen utensils. It is located only 10 minutes walking distance from the city center where are all historical attractions. Same as souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. And 15-20 min walking from beahes.

It is newly restaurated (May 2017.) and has separate entrance and little yard with table and chairs in whitch you can chillin and enjoying fresh air. A modern equipped kitchen (electric stove and refrigerator with freezer) will help you to enjoy your cooking on holiday. A pleasant stay in the house gives you air conditioning and contact with rest of the world, free WIFI.
