Province of Arezzo: soggiorni in alloggi con caminetto

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Siamo stati molto bene in mezzo alla natura, tranquillità, aria pulita e con una vista splendida. Eleonora è sempre stata gentile e disponibile, accoglienza molto calorosa.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Die Unterkunft war großartig! Sehr charmant und individuell! Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Renza und Mauro sind perfekte Gastgeber. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft ist hervorragend. Danke für alles! Die Natur um das Haus ein Traum. Wir haben in einem Meer aus Gänseblümchen unter Olivenbäumen unsere Tage genossen- mit grandioser Aussicht auf die nähere Umgebung. Diese lädt zum Wandern ein. Die Ausstattung im Haus selbst ist sehr gut. Die Atmosphäre des Häuschens sehr freundlich. Die Toskana im April ein Traum… wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - falls diese Traumunterkunft je wieder frei sein sollte… Danke!

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door de kinderen van Bernedetta. Zij heeft alles tot in de puntjes uitgelegd en daarbij ook tips voor de omgeving gegeven. Het huis was top in orde en is daarnaast heel mooi! Het is een gebouw uit de 13e eeuw en veel details zijn mooi bewaard gebleven. Je zit bovenin de bergen met alleen op enkele honderd meters nog een ander vakantie verblijf van dezelfde familie. Verder heb je van niemand last. Je kunt daarbij genieten van een waanzinnig uitzicht.

Wat een fantastische huis en tuin. We waren met 3 families in de leeftijd van 8 maanden tot zeventig jaar, voor ieder was er voldoende aanwezig. Het zwembad was fantastisch, iedereen genoot ervan. In de tuin is zoveel te ontdekken, bomen, struiken, kruiden, vol vlinders en insecten en zelf een niet gevaarlijke schorpioen, heel avontuurlijk. Nella was zelf niet aanwezig maar reageerde snel voor onze vragen. Ook had zij een kok geregeld om een avond voor ons te koken. Lily en haar dochter Isabella hebben super heerlijke traditionele Italiaanse gerechten voor ons gekookt, super! En Fabritius bracht een heerlijke rode wijn mee. Cortona is te belopen, wel moet je wat conditie hebben. Het stadje is prachtig en het theatertje prachtig om te zien met een heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Wij komen zeker terug♥️

Un sogno che diventa realtà, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia dove regna pace ,tranquillità e semplicità. Borgo di Quota a 10 minuti dal paese Poppi percorrendo una strada di tornanti ben mantenuta accessibile a tutti,tra l'altro nel paese di Poppi puoi trovare tutti i servizi possibili. Una menzione particolare alla Host Claudia , persona stupenda così come l'appartamento. Ma penso che le parole non bastino un posto così bisogna viverlo,e aggiungo che in zona si mangia davvero bene. Dimenticato a Quota troverete anche una bottega rifornitissima gestita da persone speciali.

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Marco è un host unico, ma soprattutto una persona stupenda! Fin dal momento della prenotazione è stato molto amichevole ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Il giorno del check in ci ha accolti personalmente e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno, accogliendoci con dei biscottini. L’appartamento è proprio in centro Anghiari, che più centro di così non si può! Comodissimo da raggiungere dal parcheggio gratuito che porta con l’ascensore fin sopra il borgo. Da lì una manciata di passi a piedi e si è proprio di fronte l’appartamento di Marco. L’alleggio è molto accogliente, spazioso e ha tutto il necessario, anzi molto di più (persino smart tv e PlayStation). Inoltre, menzione d’onore al letto matrimoniale: è super comodo e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Se venite ad Anghiari, scegliete Marco e vi assicuro che non ve ne pentirete. Qualità/Prezzo di questo tipo in centro storico non se ne trovano! Un abbraccio e alla prossima!!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la casa è confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort descritti. La casa si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e vicino ad un bellissimo parco fluviale dove trascorrere momenti di relax. Paola è stata sempre gentile e disponibile, è probabile che torneremo scegliendo di nuovo lo stesso alloggio.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui un paio di giorni ci siamo sentiti come a casa, l'appartamento era in ordine e pulitissimo aveva tutto il necessario l'host è stato molto gentile e premuroso. Sicuramente ritorneremo magari per un soggiorno estivo.

We stayed in this flat as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The space is bright, airy, modern and spacious, providing ample room for everyone to feel comfortable. It was also well-equipped with all amenities we needed, making our stay both convenient and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt in Porciano in der Unterkunft von Massimo und Deborah war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Unterkunft selbst war super schön und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe und vor allem die netten Bewohner des kleinen Burgdorfes haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen. Die Landschaft ist ein Traum und ich kann einen Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen. Massimo hat uns das Haus perfekt erklärt und die Willkommensmarmelade von Deborah schmeckt super lecker. Danke für diese tollen Tage. Wir hoffen, dass wir noch einmal zurückkehren werden.

Sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeber, die einen herzlich in Empfang nehmen und auch während des Aufenthalts immer gut erreichbar sind. Die Unterkunft entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern und ist sehr sauber sowie authentisch eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, um sich selber Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Vom schönen Arezzo aus kann man nicht nur Tagestrips innerhalb der Toscana sondern auch ins nahe gelegene Umbrien unternehmen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable malgré la pluie. Simone nous a réservé le cours de tennis couvert, le resto, et nous a même arrangé en un temps record la réparation de notre voiture. La maison est splendide, vue époustouflante, les équipements sont d'un grand confort.

Great stay. The host is amazing do thoughtful responsive and kind. Gave my kids presents and a cooked for us. Just the most thoughtful can’t describe her as a host in any other ways. The only problems we encountered was the air conditioning in two of the rooms and a hard time getting to the house. Ask her to send you her exact location bc we got super lost.

Our stay at this beautiful Tuscany villa was truly unforgettable. The home perfectly blends charming, traditional Tuscan character with all the modern amenities we could possibly need. Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Tuscany and felt at home right away. The hosts, Silvana, Iacoppo, and Bruno, took excellent care of us and were always attentive to our needs. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything one could ask for. The beautiful pool with its stunning views and the cozy fireplace area were definite highlights. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Tuscan countryside. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

A rare circumstance where both property and hosts exceeded our expectations. The house is spacious with lovely views and a patio and pool for exclusive use by guests. It is well stocked and appointed, including a pool table and multi-game arcade machine. Much appears recently renovated. For those wanting to cook traditional wood-fired pizzas, there are two outdoor ovens, plenty of wood, and a host at the ready to provide assistance as needed. Emanuele and his wife are excellent hosts - gracious and welcoming yet non-intrusive. They had a fantastic charcuterie board and wine ready on our arrival and helped us with guidance and reservations multiple times throughout the week. They live in the house next door, but you wouldn't know it. All in all, one of our best AirBnB experiences in nearly a decade of stays - very highly recommended!
