Procida: soggiorni in ville vacanze

Casa davvero molto carina dotata di ogni comfort e pulitissima. In particolare ci ha accolti un giardino molto bello curato nei minimi particolari. Alessia e la mamma sono due host davvero molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno atteso fino a tarda serata per il check in e ci hanno fornito con grande solerzia tutto l'occorrente per la casa. Location comodissima alla città di Napoli oltre che Pozzuoli. Peccato non aver potuto godere di un soggiorno piu lungo ma questa casa è consigliatissima.

My family and I stayed at this location and it was a fantastic stay for our time in Naples. Everyone was taken aback by how beautiful and large the space was including the terrace. Dominico was very responsive and helpful. He even came to unclog a toilet for us. There is ample space for a large family to live and entertain and just enjoy the beauty of Naples. There's a great beach within walking distance where the locals go. They also rent kayaks there for the bay of Naples. The gelateria and cafe at the top of the hill are fantastic! Finally there's a pharmacy and a grocery store all within walking distance. There are 2 major businesses lines at the top as well. The only thing I would say to warn other guests about is the neighbor in the unit below. The best thing I can say is to keep the noise to a minimum as much as possible at night and simply ignore the woman below. Don't let her detract from your vacation because this house and location are wonderful. Thanks again Dominico!

Tout! Tout est parfait très propre et très bien pensé ! Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et un couple on a eu tout ce qu'on désirait et même plus: accueil chaleureux et hyper généreux ! Maison propre très propre! Maison très grande et très bien équipée et aérée Literie parfaite ! Emplacement parfait !!! 10 étoiles si cela était possible ! La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse et d’une discrétion absolue ! La maison italienne de rêve ! Merci encore

Great spot, easy check-in! The host even sent a little video so we wouldn’t miss it (since it comes up at a different location on google maps). Was the perfect little getaway!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Marco, après quelques jours trépidants sur Naples. Dans cette maison de charme, tout est calme et sérénité. On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur Coricella, du jardin où se côtoient citronniers, mandariniers, orangers, glycine ... Marco est un hôte attentif, sa maison est très propre, et le rapport qualité/prix nous semble très honnête. Nous recommandons vivement !

Lorenzo couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. The biggest challenge was getting to the house and navigating the extremely narrow roads. Gps maps can be very problematic because they take you on what they perceive to be the shortest path, but that means taking you down roads that are literally unnavigable. Lorenzo warned us and told us not to use gps maps until we got to a nearby restaurant. After that it was relatively easy. Without those instructions indeed we would have never made it. Lorenzo was extremely responsive. When we had questions about the house, he responded within seconds. If there was any people (at one point the washing machine did not work and a rank there point the WiFi stopped functioning) he took care if it immediately. I cannot recommend this rental enough. Beautiful place, gorgeous views and Lorenzo made it all easy.

Casa Bianca is a great place to stay. The 7 of us found comfortable and do recommend. It’s spacious with four bedrooms; two are upstairs (air conditioned, shared bathroom); one of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned and best suited to a single person. The roof top terrace has sweeping views and a good place to sit. We did have a few issues, but Lukas and team were super attentive and rectified most in a day (replaced front door lock, shower head, fixed bedroom lights). We learnt to use one shower at a time otherwise upstairs loses all pressure and run air conditioners on low fan to avoid power trips. A short 5 minute walk is Giardini Ravino resort which is run by Lukas’ family and we were given full access to the fabulous cactus gardens, swim pools, steam room and restaurant which had a great breakfast and on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat there is live musicians for dinner with the backdrop of the cactus gardens. Lukas arranged motor scooters hire, these were delivered to house.

Un superbe séjour dans cette villa accueillante et très bien entretenue. Le cadre est magnifique, avec vue sur la baie de Pouzzoles, des mandarinniers et citronniers. Calme et loin des tumultes de Naples. à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds d'une gare qui déssert Naples rapidement via des trains très propres et peu chers. Pouzzoles a aussi l'avantage d'avoir des très bons restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) et de desservir les îles d'Ischia et Procida très facilement via Ferry. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et arrangeants sur les heures de départ et d'arrivée. Cela donne envie de revenir, merci encore !

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

Umberto’s place is a rare find - the most breathtaking views and sunsets, intoxicating scent of jasmine and waves crashing on the shore - like being on a yacht at sea. It is also very homely in a fantastic location with a very good supermarket (Dok) with butcher and fishmonger. The kitchen was so well equipped and the produce we bought so fresh we ended up cooking every night of our stay using some of the herbs from the garden watching the sun go down - bliss.

The home was very nice. Easy to find since it is literally right off of the ferry dock. Beds were comfy and it was very clean. Great space both inside and outside.

We had the most wonderful stay in Andrea’s home. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for our group of 9, the pool was dreamy. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms all had own bathroom, and the views + sunsets are beautiful!! Also a couple of restaurants are about 5 min walk from the house. We didn’t rent cars, it’s about a 15 minute walk to bus stop + grocery store and we used the bus system on the island which was good! We had the best time, 10/10 stay, would definitely come back - thanks Andrea!! :)

This house is really quite incredible! The layout and design of the apartment is fun, artistic, spacious and eclectic! The shower is big with great pressure, and there is a lot of outdoor space you can use! The host lives above you, in the main house, so they are always available to help out! We meet Anna’s daughter, Francesca as our greeter! She was incredibly kind, very helpful, quick to respond and she even booked us a reservation for dinner at one of the places she recommended! You are close enough to Napoli for day trips, but you are just out of the way to avoid the bad traffic! Lots of stores within walking distance to satisfy your needs! Would definitely stay at this apartment again! The hosts are truly amazing and the apartment is wonderful! Thank you Anna and Francesca for everything!

Great villa very quiet with great views exactly as described Maria our host was very efficient and attentive. It was very clean and felt like new when we arrived. You will need to be quite fit and free from mobility problems if you intend to walk into town which is only about 10 minutes but a very steep hill for the first 400m or so. There is a dedicated secure parking place if you have a car which is a bonus. There is good selection of restaurants and shops in the town and you can get a bus to anywhere on the island very easily We Can thoroughly recommend this property

Chiara and her team were extremely helpful and accommodating - from groceries to car rental, they made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The beds were a little firm and there are multiple stairs to reach the pool -fyi for future guests - but it was a terrific place to spend a few peaceful days in Ischia.

My daughters and I had the most wonderful stay at Chiara's villa! The level of luxury was perfect! The garden, patio and pool were just fabulous, and the view was spectacular! The bedrooms were like a 5 star hotel! Chiara and Alessandro were so quick to answer messages, and provided us with very useful information! Everything about our stay was just fantastic and we will definitely be going back again!

Truly unforgettable experience for my honeymoon at Enzo’s place. Maybe people have said it before but it Enzo and Tina are truly wonderful people and hosts that go above and beyond with the breakfast and helpfulness. We enjoyed walking into town for dinner and had an easy time walking to the bus to get to the other part of the island.

Giorgia was a welcoming, attentive and helpful host. She helped us hire a scooter and gave us tips for our stay, providing us with extra bits we needed and always responding quickly. This place in her garden was the perfect base for us to go out and explore the island from. The garden and view are beautiful. The living and kitchenette area are part of the covered but open garden area, so we did struggle when the rain came. However we wanted to get out and see everything, even in the rain, so it worked for us!
