Agriturismo Le Spighe is a B&B located in a strategic location to visit so many interesting places in central Italy: Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Florence, mountain, lake and mediterrean Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Terra delle Sidhe è una piccola azienda agricola biologica situata nel sud della Toscana che si affaccia su una splendida vallata situata alle pendici del Monte Amiata, tra i borghi medievali di Castel del Piano e Seggiano. Una casa in pietra di 250 anni e vecchio essiccatore di castagne in uso fino a 30 anni fa, la casa per le vacanze che offriamo è circondata da un castagneto biologico e da ulivi secolari. Questa affascinante e accogliente casa è stata rinnovata con cura, gusto e semplicità.

Bellissima casa di campagna tra le vigne della Cantina Lapone con vista su Orvieto. Recentemente ristrutturata, oltre 100 mq, disposta su due piani. Il piano terra è un grande open-space con spazioso soggiorno con camino e una cucina a vista. Al primo piano vi sono 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni: una camera con matrimoniale e bagno privato ; l'altra con matrimoniale e divano letto. Parcheggio e giardino privati. Piscina privata in condivisione con un'altra casa che accoglie al massimo 4 persone.

La casa si compone di un open-space con camino al centro. Da un lato la sala con vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti (Pienza, Monticchiello e Montepulciano) dall’altro la zona cucina. Due accoglienti camere che si affacciano rispettivamente sull’antica Via Francigena e sulla vallata del fiume Orcia. Il raffinato bagno con ampia doccia.

Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio. Il nostro agriturismo è una finestra sulla val d'orcia, composto da 2 appartamenti con cucina, camera e bagno. Grande giardino attrezzato. Immerso nel silenzio, vicino a Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni e le terme naturali di Bagno San Filippo. Per raggiungerci è molto semplice, l'ultimo km di strada è sterrata ma percorribile da tutti.
