Beautiful apartment in great and central area

Gästezimmer in einer neu restaurierten Berliner Altbauwohnunung mit eigenem Garten. Sie wurde als Gästewohnung, und Büro für den Gastgebern in 2023/24 hochwertig renoviert. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und liegt im Prenzlauer Berg angrenzend an Mitte, hinter dem „Soho-House“. Küche/Essbereich, Bad und Wohnzimmer stehen zur Verfügung unsere Gäste wenn wir das Büro Zimmer nicht nutzen. Wir wohnen direkt nebenan und versuchen, das Arbeitszimmer möglichst nur zu nutzen, wenn keine Gäste da sind.

Berlin Mitte with a View

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

My apartment (~65 sqm) is located right next to the largest science theater in Europe. The area you will be staying in (Prenzlauer Berg) is one of the nicest and safest in Berlin. Because of the central location and excellent access to public transportation you can get to any corner of the city quickly and easily from here. So if you feel comfortable climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.

Sunny top floor loft balcony +view Prenzlauer Berg

My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Cosy Apartment in Quiet Residential

Charming bungalow in a green oasis on the outskirts of the inner city, with two nice restaurants. Important: I have two cute dogs (look at the photos) and they will be also in the garden sometimes. Other restaurants and bars in Prenzlauer Berg 10 minutes away, Alexanderplatz 20 minutes by tram. Wichtige Info: Ich habe zwei süße Hunde (siehe Bilder), die ab und an auch im Garten sein werden.
