Lovely spot in Cannaregio which is a more quiet and local area of Venice. A main level apartment that was clean and very nice inside. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Venice!

Das Haus von Luca ist ein Juwel, liegt im privaten Garten, also absolute Ruhelage. Ideal für Pärchen, mit einer großen Wohnküche und Ausgang auf die eigene Terrasse, im ersten Stock ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad mit WC. Die Kommunikation mit Luca und seinem Vater war immer ausgezeichnet und unproblematisch - danke dafür! Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ins Zentrum sind es circa 10 Minuten, für einen Stadturlaub also eine ideale Lage. Wir kommen sicher wieder - Padua ist immer eine Reise wert!

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Marco and his lovely home were what I would consider the perfect Airbnb setup: a local resident who loves sharing a private apartment with guests from around the world. The location can't be beat: about three minutes walk from Arsenale vaporetto + Alilaguna airport stop (with no bridges to cross!), quiet views onto the canal and lagoon, an apartment that had everything we needed, and plenty of restaurants (both touristy and local) close by. I stayed with my 77 year old mom and she had no problem accessing the apartment (the few stairs inside were rendered easy by sturdy handrails). I am a host also and know that sometimes things break. In our case, there were a couple of maintenance things that needed attention when we arrived. Marco was there within 15 minutes and fixed everything. He was also very flexible when a flight delay caused our arrival to shift from 2pm to 10pm. I would not hesitate to recommend Marco's apartment to visitors to Venice.

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . Anche Yuma ha apprezzato moltissimo :) ed è un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri . Grazie ancora a Riccardo e alla sua famiglia per tutto

Casa Manin is a truly special place to stay in Murano. The home is situated right on one of the canals, so the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the water just outside your window is such a peaceful experience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Alessandra was an exceptional host kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was even able to come by within minutes if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Murano or Venice. You won’t regret it!

Tolles Haus, sehr netter Vermieter. Das Haus liegt sehr schön direkt am Wasser. Toll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar dickere Bettwäsche bestellt, als die Temperaturen nicht gut waren. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne nochmals. Vielen Dank.

Die Unterkunft und das ganze Gelände sind ein Traum. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern da. Auch andere Familie waren da, alle haben sich gut verstanden und man hatte trotzdem seine Ruhe. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen am Pool und der Pool selbst ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Standort eignet sich sehr gut für Tagesausflüge nach Venedig, Verona, Padua oder Vincenza. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen!

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. Nous reviendrons et recommandons +++👍Ciao

Wonderful place for a family to stay. Thomas was very friendly and responsive. The check in was very smooth and the parking space is also very nearby. The apartment is 30 mins away from Venice via car. Would definitely come back. Only downside was the bathrooms didn't have a lock. Apart from that everything else was perfect.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ubytování bylo bez chyby. Hostitelka nám během pobytu dala spoustu užitečných doporučení na aktivity v okolí i právě probíhající společenské a kulturní akce. Což jsme rádi využívali. Ubytování bylo vzorově čisté a v naprosto klidném prostředí. Doporučujeme.

This is the second time I have stayed at this incredible villa. Three of us in my party decided to return to share the experience with our families, and we were not disappointed. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and on top of everything. They were even helpful in setting up an evening with a private chef. The location is central to several very large northern Italian cities. It was an absolutely amazing experience that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. PLEASE STAY AT THIS WONDERFUL PLACE!

Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

Amazing country house! We spent 4 nights in Paolo's house and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is located in the beautiful countryside of the Euganean Hills, but reasonably close to the next town Montegrotto Terme, from where you can comfortably take the train to Padova/Venezia or Ferrara/Bologna. The house is spacious, well equipped, very tastefully furnished, and also has a beautiful little garden. The only thing we didn't like too much were the old-school bed linen and pillows, but that's still quite common in Italy. The communication with Paolo was friendly and check-in/check-out was very easy. We would clearly recommend the house for anyone who would like to visit this great region and still prefers to stay in a quiet place, especially families with children.

A delightful bolt-hole in a less well known area of Venice away from the madness of St Marks! A really ‘local’ area, close to shops, amenities and landmarks including the Via Garibaldi, the Giardini (home to the Biennale arts festival), the delightful lawns and shade trees of S. Elena and the elegant tree-lined Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi. There are excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk – we recommend Tosi which is just around the corner and Nevodi on the Via Garibaldi. History lovers are well served by the superb Naval History Museum near the Arsenale which is, of course, an amazing legacy of Venetian grandeur itself. Getting around is easy – the apartment is within a short walk of the local boat stops that take you around the city, to the mainland links and out to the Lido and beyond. As for your host Annina, no praise is high enough, a delightful lady who responded to our every need and question promptly and in a friendly manner, and really made us feel at home. We’ll be back!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avons été bien accueilli et l’hôte nous a aidé de façon active. Autant pour notre arrivée, pour notre départ mais aussi pour les activités et restaurants. Le loyer correspond très bien aux photos. Nous recommandons fortement.

Emplacement idéal au calme pour visiter Padoue (15-20 mins), les villas de Palladio, et le Parc des Colli Euganei. Propriété protégée par une grille. Équipements et mobilier de première classe digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Décor lumineux et de bon goût. Lit et oreiller confortables, volets obscurants. La cuisine manque un peu d’ustensiles mais rien de majeur ; très bons couteaux, frigo pleine taille, toasteur, cafetière à dosettes Nescafé, bouilloire. Très peu de fournitures alimentaires à l’arrivée mais nous voyageons avec tout notre kit. Jolie terrasse à l’arrière. Bon Wifi. Smart TV, si vous savez la faire fonctionner… Ni laveuse Ni sécheuse dans l’apt. Peut-être à l’extérieur ? Supermarché Interspar à proximité à Abano Terme. Le village de Arqua Pretracca est très joli et le resto Ser Petracco excellent et élégant. Federico a été charmant, responsif et de bon service. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, une de nos meilleures locations.
