Our house is located only 70 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the village center. Surrounding is peaceful with pine forest right next to the house. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. We recommend it especially for couples and families looking forward to a beautiful, relaxing and romantic holiday. And once you come here you don't have to worry about extra costs... taxes, final cleaning, parking, AC, WiFi are included in the price! ;-)

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Apartman Mila potpuno je novi apartman, nalazi se u ekskluzivnoj rezidencijalnoj četvrti grada Krka. Apartman je suvremen, svijetao i prostran, sa čistim linijama, novim modernim namještajem i otvorenim pogledom na more i staru gradsku jezgru. Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom i blagovaonicom i dvije dvokrevetne sobe, te kupaonicom. Sve prostorije imaju mogućnost grijanja i hlađenja koje je uključeno u cijenu. Apartmanu pripadaju i dva natkrivena parkirna mjesta.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Apartment Rosemary

Well equipped, clean & modern apartment, located just 300m from the beach in quiet neighborhood, with big terrace and all the commodities you need. It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.
