The charming guesthouse run by the Kajfes family enjoys a quiet and picturesque location in the village of Jezerce, a 4-minute car drive from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Please note that sojourn tax of 10 kuna (around 1,5 euros) per person per night would be applied on top of price during checkout. Children under the age of 12 will not have to pay this tax but children from 12 to 18 will pay half the standard rate.

Dear guests, breakfast is not included in the room price. Airbnb does not have the option to advertise only a room, it only has the option of rooms with breakfast. So I can't just put a room on an ad. We serve breakfast, but breakfast is paid 12 Euros per person.
