We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Boljevići, Crmnica! The house was just as stunning as the pictures show, with a lovely garden and surrounded by nature. It was spacious, cozy, and offered the perfect setting for relaxation. The location is fantastic—very close to Skadar Lake, where there are endless hiking trails, opportunities for boat cruises, swimming, and fishing. There are also local restaurants nearby, and the seaside is just a 15-minute drive away. Danilo was an exceptional host, always available and happy to recommend activities and places to visit. Overall, the place was a great value and definitely worth the money. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Jovan's place was cozy and nice: furniture is good and well-equiped: iron, dishwasher, AC, very great bed; except maybe teapot that was missed. Location is also great: near my fav Lubovich Hill (park) and in the peaceful area. Also 2 shops are nearby, and market is 10-15 min walk. Jovan is great and very nice host, always helping us, including flexible checkout time and also taxi numbers. Apartments are spacious and clean, all possible small things you can think of are available: eco-friendly dishwasher tablets, or different cooking devices - that's great! From cons I will notice that apartment window are in front of the other 2floors building, where there is a car washing, that started working equity early (around 7:30), and it can distract the sleep. Another cons (that is hopefully, solvable) was smell of smoke in the flat. For us it was okeyish (despite we are not smoking), but in general it would be great to have smokeless rules.

Appartamento nuovissimo e super attrezzato La differenza l’ha fatta il servizio che abbiamo avuto con i pullman ( scaricati nel nulla ) grazie a loro abbiamo risolto il nostro problema che ci hanno aiutato fino a tarda notte fino a che non eravamo arrivati all appartamento L host super disponibile veramente una persona unica. Grazie mille!!

Hello everyone, 🙋🏻‍♂️ the landlord was a very caring and helpful person. He responded very quickly to our questions and provided us with information about the city. The house is very beautiful, just like in the pictures, very comfortable and in the center of the city. I can recommend it to everyone.

This was the perfect place for my one night stay in Podgorica, with walking distance to the bus station. The apartment is clean and tidy, and the neighborhood is friendly, even tho it is a bit out of the city center. I would definitely stay here again!

Evin konumu ve manzaradı çok güzeldi. Kendi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik. Ev de gerekli olabilecek her şey mevcuttu. Stefan her konuda yardımcı oldu. Tekrar Podgarica’ ya yolum düşerse bu evde yeniden kalırım.

We stayed for 3 months and were delighted with the flat - it was warm, super clean, and we had everything we needed. Sasa was a great host - he came to find us when we got lost when we first arrived and he and his family were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we very much enjoyed the pancakes and pastries they brought us. We appreciated having off street parking and being close to the shops and buses into the city centre. Highly recommended - and we hope to be back.

Le logement est exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure loin de l’agitation urbaine. La ferme d’à coté ne cause absolument aucune nuisance. Les ânes sont très peu bruyants. La piscine est juste parfaite et les différents espaces dans le jardin sont très agréables. L’accès au logement est très chaotique, préférez un suv ou une voiture qui ne craint rien. Un grand merci à Marko.

Quelle belle maison avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Logement impeccable avec toutes les prestations attendues ! Jovana est disponible à tout moment ! Je recommande vivement !

Sara’s stay was a countryside dream, the view, the space - everything was a dream come true! I cannot recommend enough this beautiful home to share with friends ! It is out the way of everything so I recommend hiring a car for ease of getting round like we did but otherwise - gorgeous !!!! Simply Gorgeous:) Sara herself & her husband was such helpful and kind hosts!

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

We had a lovely time at Marko’s place. It’s totally worth it. The only problem is the narrow road leading to home but it is easy to get used to it ;)

L'appartement de Branislav est très sympathique, avec un vu sur la mer très agréable. la plage est à quelques minutes à pied et c'est une très belle plage dans un endroit atypique lié à l'histoire du Monténégro. l'appartement est très propre, l'arrivée autonome c'est parfaitement déroulé avec des instructions très claire. Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Un superbe appartement proche de Kotor. Fidèle aux photos, fonctionnel et pratique (serviettes de douches, lits confortables…) Baignade dans le lac à 1mn à pied, avec vue magnifique ! Bon rapport qualité - prix !Je recommande fortement !

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing place with stunning ocean views! It’s very close to Kotor’s attractions, has a swimming pool, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment includes a stove and washing machine, which were super convenient. We loved it and will definitely return if we’re back in Montenegro! And the view 😲😲😲😲

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!

Nikola est un hôte très prévenant, à l'écoute et réactif. Avec lui on se sent comme maison. Le logement au top, il y a même tous les produits de première nécessité, ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas. Je recommande Nikola +++ Il est adorable.
