It has a beautiful front yard with a gated parking space in front. You'll love our place because of the location, accessibility and ambience. We recommend it especially for couples and small families looking forward to a beautiful and relaxing holiday at the beach, but also as a great starting point for daily trips.

Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.
