Pietramelara: soggiorni in case vacanze

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa vacanza ad Arpaise! Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità dal signor Giovanni, una persona davvero straordinaria, sempre attenta e premurosa. La casa è molto grande, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort per garantire un'esperienza rilassante. Il giardino è semplicemente stupendo: un angolo di pace in fiore, ricco di margherite e tanti altri splendidi fiori che rendono l'atmosfera magica e rigenerante. Un soggiorno perfetto, all'insegna del relax e della bellezza della natura! Grazie di cuore al signor Giovanni per la sua straordinaria ospitalità. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! We had a great time at the property. Shloka was incredibly kind, helpful, and eager to explain everything about the area. The house was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Прекрасный дом в спокойном безопасном месте. Очень чисто и уютно. Хозяин сразу же решает любые проблемы, очень доброжелательный и заботливый. Самая главная фишка дома - отличный камин, который придает вечерам приятную атмосферу. Хозяин делает все, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Если бы было лето, то можно плавать в бассейне, но мы прибыли в октябре. Чтобы провести приятное время в тихом, уютном месте - это один из лучших вариантов для выбора. Спасибо Марио, который сделал наш отдых незабываемым!

Carolina's house was a great place to stay for a week! We were three couples traveling together, and the house was perfect for us - great location next to a cozy town, and not far from Napoli. The pool was wonderful, especially during hot days, the kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ and outdoors areas were really cosy. We came during a hot week, and were grateful for the fans during the night. Only one bedroom has aircondition, so the others can get a little hot at night (we were told beforehand though, so it wasn't a surprise!), but overall we had a wonderful stay, and would gladly come back again!

El lugar es sencillamente maravilloso, muy cómodo realmente y con un entorno de ensueño. Los anfitriones son uno más amable que el otro, todos primos según nos contaban, siempre atentos y listos para solucionar cualquier consulta, en estos 6 días que estuvimos alojados la pasamos demasiado bien aunque en esta época del año el tiempo no acompaña. En síntesis, altamente recomendable, no dejen de visitar y recomendar esta excelente propiedad, felicidad y éxitos con este maravilloso emprendimiento, la próxima vez nos vamos a quedar más tiempo, ya que bien lo vale.

Przepiękne miejsce z fantastycznymi widokami na Wezuwiusz, najbliższe okolice i otaczające góry. Fantastyczny basen i miejsca do wspólnego spędzania czasu. Mieliśmy trochę problemów z wodą, ale awarię dało się stosunkowo sprawnie ogarnąć. Kontakt z gospodarzem i opiekunem domu był bardzo sprawny

5 ⭐️+ Mein Sohn und ich haben eine fantastische Zeit in Anna‘s Wohnung verbracht. Wir danken Anna von Herzen, dass wir ihre Wohnung nutzen durften. Und einen ganz besonderen Dank an ihren Vater für die unkomplizierte freundliche Begrüßung, die zahlreichen Tipps für unsere Ausflüge und sein Angebot bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung zu stehen. Die riesige Wohnung mit dem Zitronengarten ist wirklich zauberhaft, sehr komfortabel, authentisch und bietet einfach alles was man benötigt. Baiano ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um den Vesuv und an die Amalfiküste. Sehr gute Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung!

4 notti di totale relax , le mattine gli uccellini e lo scorrere del fiume ci facevano compagnia durante la colazione. Il silenzio del paese di sera è una coccola per chi scappa dalla vita movimentata di città. Visitare alcune gemme del Molise è stata un'esperienza bellissima e l'alloggio di Roberta ne è parte.

Host moto disponibile ed accogliente, la casa è perfetta per tre o quattro persone, è nella parte alta di colli, silenzioso e tranquillo, ha tutto il necessario: camere cucina bagno e salone tutti attrezzati con il necessario, camino, barbecue e terrazzino con vista bellissima rendono speciale la permanenza! Consigliato!

Lovely apartment perfectly located in the City Center of Napoli, very close to most of the main sites to see and visit. I spent a wonderful time in Napoli thanks to Antonietta and Giuseppe, who have been incredibly nice, eager to help, and provided me with lovely and useful tips ! I highly recommand this place, can’t wait to go back ! Grazie mille ancora Antonietta and Giuseppe !

Rustgevende plek met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Het huisje zelf is gezellig ingericht en heel alles wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken. Op 15 min rijden sta je aan het startpunt van mooie wandeltochten en het prachtige Gaeta is zeker een bezoekje waard.

Die beste Airbnb Erfahrung die ich bis anhin hatte. Paolo ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Setzt sich in Verbindung und kommuniziert klar. Das Appartment war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Sehr sauber, hat sämtliche Utensilien, gut gelegen etc. Zusätzlich hat uns Paolo Tipps zum Essen gegeben und sämtliche Fragen beantwortet. Wirklich top! Ich komme zu 100% wieder, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Neapel bin. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

un petit logement idéal pour découvrir le Matese et ses paysages. L'appartement est situé dans une petite ruelle typique. Il faut laisser la voiture dans la rue principale, mais ce n'est pas trop loin. la vue est magnifique depuis les fenêtres. C'est parfait pour partir vers le lac de matese

Ho usufruito di due appartamenti di Caterina, che sono in una zona tranquilla, controllati da un guardiano, vicini alla stazione della metropolitana e muniti di un comodissimo parcheggio. Che cosa desiderare di più?

Really good, clean, cozy, comfortable, relaxing, quiet and inviting place. Maria is very considerate and communicative, no problems whatsoever, really good communication.

Very nice, authentic apartment – exactly as described and spotlessly clean. A number of interesting places can be reached within just a 30-minute to one-hour drive from the apartment. Despite this central location, the area is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and offers convenient parking. There are several good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Pina is a very welcoming and responsive host. We didn’t miss anything during our stay – and to our delight, we were also treated to Pina’s pie upon arrival, which I had read about in a previous review. It was delicious – perhaps we can get the recipe! :-) I can definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Naples and the surrounding area.

L'alloggio di Cecilia è situato in una posizione strategica per visitare Alvito ed i suoi splendidi dintorni. La casa è dotata di ogni confort necessario per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile e l'esposizione a sud est garantiscono giornate rilassanti e serene dal terrazzo superiore che gode di una vista spettacolare sulla vallata e di fronte alle montagne di Alvito. L'host che ti accoglie si è dimostrata attenta e precisa nell'illustrare tutte le comodità e le forniture inerenti l'abitazione. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare presso questa struttura.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare da Monica&Giovanni a Gallo Matese e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza fantastica! Situato in una posizione incantevole, immerso nella natura. La struttura è accogliente e ben curata. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto, creando un'atmosfera calda e invitante. I proprietari sono estremamente cordiali e disponibili, pronti a fornire informazioni utili sui luoghi da visitare nei dintorni . La tranquillità della zona è ideale per chi cerca una pausa dallo stress quotidiano, e ho apprezzato molto le passeggiate nei sentieri naturali nei pressi della casa.

Das Haus von Giuseppe ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage nahe beim Castello mit Blick über den Ort und das Tal ist toll, vor allem wenn man die herrlichen Terrassen benutzen kann. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, weil man ausreichend schnell in Neapel, Pompei, auf der Halbinsel von Sorrent etc. ist, gleichzeitig aber in einem schönen Ort und ruhigen Tal abseits der Betriebsamkeit der Großregion von Neapel ist. Giuseppe ist ein sehr fürsorglicher aber nicht aufdringlicher Gastgeber, im Kühlschrank waren einige Sachen extra für uns, Giuseppe brachte uns ein Brot aus dem Holzofen von seiner Frau gebacken, ebenso ein traditionelles Ostergebäck... Danke an Dich und Deine Frau, Giuseppe! Wenn wir wieder nach Neapel kommen, dann nach Lauro!

Pobyt był fanstastyczny. Miejsce przepiękne i urokliwe. Przepełnione sztuką i niezwykłym klimatem. Właściciele bardzo uprzejmi, pomocni i życzliwi. Jesteśmy zachwyceni tym miejscem
