Cosy room with private bathroom and all the comforts in a 500 year old mountain farmhouse. Absolutely quiet location, facing south, above Bad Reichenhall. Large garden with fireplace, arbor, hammock. Piano, drums, guitar in the house. Infrared and Finnish sauna, meditation room,electric mountain bikes for rent. A good coffee machine and coffee and tea cooker and a fridge available for our guests so you can prepare your own breakfast. We do not offer, breakfast Anymore.

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Das Hotel Garni Ledererwirt liegt mitten im Zentrum von Abtenau und ist das Älteste noch in seiner Ursprünglichkeit erhaltene Gasthaus , besonders markant mit dem Legdach. Ganz früher eine Gerberei wurde es von Generation an Generation weitergegeben und ist bis heute ein Familienbetrieb. Die rund 300 Jahre alte Gaststube ist das Herz des Hauses.
