Piazza Armerina: soggiorni in ville vacanze

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Virginia. Au programme : repos et découverte des environs. L’emplacement idéal nous a permis d’accéder facilement à Raguse (30 min en voiture) et Noto (55 minutes). Les 2 villes emblématiques de la Sicile baroque ! Pendant les heures de forte chaleur, nous avons profité de la piscine et du jardin parfaitement entretenus. Cela fut appréciable en plein mois d’août ! Nous précisons que maison est bien équipée : machine à laver, lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux pour le plus grand bonheur de toute la famille.… inutile de venir chargés, il y a tout ce qu’il faut ! Nous recommandons fortement ce logement. Merci encore à Virginia pour son accueil et d’avoir été à l’écoute ! Caroline et Thibault

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Damiano et son épouse. Le jardin offre une vue sur l’Etna et la campagne environnante. La maison se situe en voiture à environ 1h de Catane et de Syracuse. La réserve naturelle de Vendicari est à 1h30. Nous recommandons ce lieu plein de charme situé à proximité de Mineo joli village typique.

A really nice place with a silent beach directly infront of the door. Communication with Roslaba went very well.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la villa Diana. La maison est immense et pleine d’âme donnant sur un grand et magnifique jardin fleuri. Nous sommes tombés immédiatement sous le charme de ce lieu magique et des alentours facilement accessibles en voiture. Nous remercions nos hôtesses pour leur accueil et leurs échanges chaleureux. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement, tout était parfait et nous avons trouvé que les 4 jours que nous y avons passé étaient trop courts (et nous avons passé notre dernière journée sans bouger de la maison pour en profiter totalement !) ❤️

Salvatore ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Sehr zuvorkommen, höflich und absolut bedacht, dass man einen tollen Aufenthalt hat. Wir haben die Zeit bei ihm sehr genossen und kommen ganz bald wieder. Die Anlage ist richtig schön angelegt und gepflegt. Spätestens jeden 2. Tag kommt er morgens früh ganz unauffällig und reinigt den Pool und gießt die Pflanzen. Wenn man Ende September, Anfang Oktober kommt, kann man von vielen Bäumen ganz viele verschiedene und ausgefallene Obstsorten naschen. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer. Der Neubau mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern, der gerade einmal 2 Jahre alt ist, ist jeweils mit einer Küchenzeile und Bad ausgestattet. Leider spiegeln die Fotos nicht im vollem Umfang die Schönheit des Grundstückes wieder. Das wurde uns natürlich erst bewusst, nachdem wir da waren ;) Wir waren jetzt im Juli für 12Tage da. Ein Mietwagen sollte schon vorhanden sein, da es einige Meter außerhalb von Giarratana liegt. In dem Ort bekommt man jedoch alles was man benötigt. Zu Fuß erreicht man in wenigen Minuten ein schönes Naturschutzgebiet und ein ganz tolles Restaurant. Es wurde sogar daran gedacht, einen deutschsprachigen Verwandten mit zur Übergabe zu bringen, welcher auch viele tolle Ideen und Infos über das Land geben konnte. Das einzige Manko, was uns persönlich ab und an etwas gestört hat, waren die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die Nachts gerne mal ein „Konzert“ abgeben haben… Das Grundstück ist ansonsten sehr groß und die Nachbar sieht und hört man fast nicht. Und was wir noch anmerken möchten, was uns ebenfalls sehr positiv überrascht hat, dass für den ersten Einkauf gesorgt war, und wir nach der Ankunft nicht direkt einkaufen fahren mussten. Wir waren mit 5. Personen da. Absolut verdiente 5 Sterne. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall ganz bald wieder. (Wieso etwas neues nehmen, wenn man altes zu schätzen weiß) ;-D

Wir haben uns in der Villa Dorothea sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese ist direkt neben einem wunderschönen und ruhigen Strand gelegen. Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz mit schönen Zimmern und zwei tollen neu renovierten Bädern. Roberta ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin,immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt und wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

The area is beautiful and tranquil, a perfect spot to disconnect!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt bei Pietro und seiner Frau. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und generell war es eine sehr harmonische und familiäre Umgebung. Wir fanden ein sehr charmantes Appartement vor, welches keine Wünsche offen lies. (Küche, Waschmaschine, Terasse, ect. ) Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein großer Pool, dort kann man es den ganzen Tag aushalten. Die Anlage ist Riesen groß und lädt zum abendlichen Spaziergang ein. Empfehlen kann ich den Panama Beach. Circa 30min von der Unterkunft. Allgemein ist es sehr ruhig und der nächste Supermarkt circa 12 min Fahrtweg. Wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt und möchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmals bei Loredana, Enza sowie Pietro und bei seiner Frau bedanken. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

we had 21 family members staying at this beautiful home and there was plenty of room, the house is beautiful the pictures don't do it justice. The caretaker stays on the grounds and was amazing and very helpful, we would love to stay again at some point. the house is very clean and beds are comfortable. and the owner answered all my questions right away. thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

We had an amazing time at Dolce Villa. It is a true little piece of paradise, perfect for our family get-together before our wedding in Sicily. On top of the amenities already mentioned, the owners also have a small shop with necessities, food items, and they're also able to provide fresh produce from their farm. They live on site and are extremely proactive. Getting to the villa can be a bit of a challenge with a narrow downhill road, but the destination is wort it.

Magnifique villa, idéalement située à une vingtaine de minutes de Catane. Le logement est spacieux et bien aménagé pour les grandes familles. Les hôtes sont réactives et arrangeantes. Je recommande à 100% cette villa et espère pouvoir y retourner une prochaine fois.

Velká vila se zahradou a bazénem, ideální pro odpočinek. Ranní káva s výhledem do okolních kopců a na Etnu nemá chybu. Jen je nutné počítat s tím, že ostatní služby (restaurace, obchody) jsou trochu dál.

Gianni and Renata were really adorable, super friendly and cute! Their son speaks English and helps. The garden is amazing, much space and nice corners, washing machine, pool, table tennis, all you need. All very clean and tidy, pretty plants. They welcomed us with cookies, wine, water, milk. So nice! The place was very quiet, but Comiso nearby is a pretty city with restaurants, churches…pretty beaches 25 Minutes away (we enjoyed Riserva di Randello), 30 minutes to Ragusa, 40 to Modica. Syracuse longer, but must-see! We enjoyed it a lot!

Dette var vores andet ophold i Skønne La Pietra. Efter et fantastisk ophold sidste sommer måtte vi tilbage igen. Huset er fantastisk smukt placeret og med den skønneste udsigt og den dejligste pool. Her er fredeligt og smukt og al kontakt med de skønne værter fungerer upåklageligt. De er meget fleksible og hjælpsomme og Salvatore var så sød at komme med frisk frugt plukket på ejendommen. Der er korte køreture til smukke historiske byer og seværdigheder og lækker mad på det lokale pizzeria lige i nærheden. Havet ligger en lille times kørsel væk og strandede er både meget børnevenlige og smukke. Vi glæder os allerede til næste gang - for vi må bestemt tilbage til dette skønne sted. Tak for endnu et skønt ophold :-)

We had a few great days at Mauro's place. The house is really big and the surrounding plot is massive. It's got a great swimming pool and a terrace for breakfast/dinner overlooking the pool with a wonderful view over the surrounding hills. The place is located on a small unpaved road but we had no problem finding it on online maps. The area is quite remote so you will need a car but the surrounding scenery is beautiful and the coastal beaches are about 30 minutes drive from the villa. We would happily recommend Mauro's place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing stay away from busy towns. Communication with Mauro was great from booking to the check out.

Our whole experience with Villa Clara has been perfect! This stunning villa really gave us everything and more than we expected. Prior to reaching the villa, we had some delays whilst travelling. Everything was more than accommodated for, nothing was trouble and they wanted to make sure we arrived safely. On arriving, our host met with us so we could be guided to the villa. We were met by three family members who were very friendly. They gave us a tour and showed us around the land and told us of everything that grows there. The landscaping is immaculate and the olive trees are just wonderful. It was a truly welcoming and homely experience! We were given Clara’s number should we need anything whilst we stayed. We messaged a couple of times and got very fast response s which we were grateful for. Olive oil from the olive trees that had been harvested was gifted to us. It really was a nice touch and olive oil was the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for making us feel at home x

The place is amazing and well equipped. The outdoor area is fantastic. It is all private, extremely well kept and the views are amazing. The pool, outdoor lounge area, the front patio and the outdoor kitchen area are all comfortably furnished and pleasant. There are lots to do with the pool, giant chess, football court, darts etc. At the same time the small authentic village had ice cream, small grocery shop, pizzaria and another small restaurant within walking distance. We loved our stay and the host was extremely helpful.

O proprietário é um querido, super atencioso. A casa fica em um lugar reservado, cercada pela natureza, ideal para quem busca tranquilidade. Tem aquele jeitinho de “casa de vó”, a casa tem aquecimento que deixa a casa ainda mais aconchegante e equipada com todos os utensílios que precisávamos. Minha família amou a estadia e, com certeza, queremos voltar mais vezes! A única sugestão seria antecipar um pouco o horário de check-in, já que só podemos entrar após as 16h e precisamos sair às 10h. Fora isso, tudo foi maravilhoso. Recomendamos fortemente essa acomodação!

La maison et les aménagements extérieurs sont confortables et bien conçus. Le carrelage frais de la maison doit être particulièrement agréable en été. Lorsqu'il fait plus frais, hors saison, nous recommandons de prévoir des chaussettes ou des pantoufles. La piscine est aussi très agréable et la vue est imprenable. L'hôte est particulièrement réactif, agréable et flexible. Nous sommes par exemple arrivés plus tard que prévu sans que cela ne pose problème. En somme, un excellent séjour.
