Na drugom najgornjem katu naše kuće nalazi se ovaj prekrasan stan sa pogledom na more i otočjem Brijuni. Stan je veličine 98m2, ima vlastiti ulaz i parking u sklopu objekta. Parcela se prostire na 6000m i u potpunosti je ograđena kamenim zidom. Ispred kuće nalati se bazen od 55 m2. Na cijeloj parceli preko četrdeset stoljetnih maslina.

If you like active vacation there is a path for biking, running and walking which lead to Fazana and Valbandon where you can meet other activities.

È una piccola casa (circa 30 m2) nel centro del paese, nei pressi del supermercato, della stazione degli autobus, dell'edicola, della pizzeria e della panetteria. La casa dispone di un cortile, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e aria condizionata, una cucina e un bagno. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione due biciclette.
