Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. This is a very comfortable contemporary style beach house only a short walk to a magnificent beach,very sort after by holiday makers.The family can walk to the beach and not cross any roads.This is on one of New Zealand's most beautiful coasts with great walks hiking and fishing not to mention the surf.
