Wald und Berge bieten unzählige Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Bergtouren der verschiedensten Schwierigkeitsstufen. Im Winter sind sämtliche Schigebiete, Langlaufloipen und Rodelbahnen nicht fern. Andererseits ist es aber, das nahegelegene Innsbruck, welches Einiges an Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten hat.

Das Haus ruht charmant zwischen den alten Obstbäumen unseres Gartens, der Wohnraum ist lichtdurchflutet und großzügig. Vom ausladenden Süd-West-Balkon aus sieht man weit ins Oberinntal, im Osten fällt die Morgensonne herein und man sieht den nahegelegenen Patscherkofel, den beliebten Innsbrucker Hausberg.
