Sunny attic apartment in a quiet part of the city near the center and the forest. The bedroom offers a double bed with a size of 2x2m. There is a sofa in the living room, which can be expanded to a size of 190x150 cm and allows two more people to sleep. In the living room there is a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, dishes. The apartment has wifi and two televisions. The bathroom has a small wooden sauna for max. 2 people. The toilet is separate. You are in the center in 5 minutes on foot.

S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. Pomůžeme naplánovat výlet a objevit krásy Krušnohoří. Staráme se o naše místo s láskou a pečlivostí. Chceme, aby ses tu i Ty cítil jako doma. Hory, příroda i lázeňské město od každého je tu trochu!

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

Im Winter startet direkt hinter dem Haus die Jugelloipe mit Anschluß an die Kammloipe und tschechische Skimagistrale. Mehrere Ski-Abfahrtshänge sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Dear guests, welcome in small roof apartment in Krusne hory near Carlsbad. The location is perfect for active vacation or for visiting the spa cities around. There three rooms: kitchen with dining area and living rooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The fifth bed is located in the living room. Towels and the sheets are available. Outside area with furniture. Upon request garage with workroom which is ideal for motobikers or cyclicts.

The apartment is located 5-10minute walk to City Center of Karlovy Vary, restaurants and supermarket.There is also local bus stop to get to/from town centre in front of the door of the building.(The centre is one bus stop away). In the flat there is also a washing machine with wash powder and the iron.
