Bella villa istiriana per un massimo di 12 persone

Se desideri una vacanza tranquilla e lussuosa, lontano dalla folla e dal trambusto della città, questo è il posto giusto per te. Questa villa recentemente decorata situata in un piccolo villaggio nell'Istria centrale può ospitare fino a 12 persone. La villa è concepita su tre piani. Il piano inferiore è composto da una piscina e una terrazza. Sopra la piscina e il solarium coperto c'è una cucina esterna completamente attrezzata con frigorifero e barbecue, e un tavolo da pranzo da 12 posti con vista sul bellissimo paesaggio. Il piano centrale è composto da soggiorno, zona pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata, e allo stesso livello ci sono due camere da letto con bagno privato, oltre a un ulteriore bagno. L'ultimo piano è composto da tre camere da letto con bagno privato, due delle tre camere hanno un divano in più che può fungere da letto aggiuntivo.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Peaceful Villa with breathetaking view

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Prikladno za 4 osobe, a uz prethodnu najavu i nadoplatu mogu još 2 koje će biti smještene na pomoćnom ležaju, kapacitet do 6 osoba. Smještaj se nalazi na 1.katu. Nudi besplatan privatni bazen, parking, besplatan pristup internetu, terasu, roštilj i diječje igralište. Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Cottage With Private Pool

The house was an old peasant cottage renovated to modern standards with pool. The whole property is for your sole use. The only and nearest house is 50 meters away, but there is olive grove in between so you cannot see the neighbours and vice versa. The house is situated on the hill and you have direct view of Motovun and Mirna valley.
