Der grosse Wohnbereich mit offener, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche bietet Ihnen alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger und gut angebundener Lage: - Autobahn (5min mit dem Auto), S-Bahn (15min zu Fuss) - zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheke) - mit S-Bahn 25min zum Münchner HBF - mehrere Badeseen (10-20min mit dem Auto)

The S-Bahn Station "Gröbenzell" is 5 Minutes by walking away and it takes 20 minutes to go to the inner city. I try to do my best to make my guests feel home and get in touch with our local sights, beer and culture. You'll have a kingsize bed for 2 persons (180cm x 230cm), one queensize bed (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons and one more floor mattress (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons to sleep. There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

It is perfect for big groups visiting beautiful Munich as well as the Bavarian uplands with castle Neuschwanstein! The spacious flat is providing ample room for up to 8 people. Free parking is available. Just a few minutes away, you will find beautiful nature and a bathing lake!
