In our shared flat of 5 persons we've got a small but cozy room to rent. We'd like to get to know people from all over the world who want to stay for a while in the beautiful city of Nürnberg. The access to public transportation is very good: 3 min to the S3 which takes you to the city center in 6 min. Though the surroundings are beautiful as well and you'll find everything you need to survive ;) The lake Dutzendteich is close just as supermarkets & you're always allowed to relax in the garden.

Die 2 Wohnungen sind mit mehreren Schlafzimmern, Wohnbereichen, einer eigenen Küche, einem geräumigen Badezimmer und einer zusätzlichen Gästetoilette ausgestattet. Die Wohnungen bieten insgesamt ca. 80 qm Wohnfläche. Die Lage befindet sich in einer ruhigen Siedlung. Alle attraktiven Tourist - Spots sind relativ schnell erreichbar- wie Altstadt, Messe und playmobil Land.

Hab Spaß mit der ganzen Familie in dieser stilvollen Unterkunft, nur 7 Gehminuten vom Badestrand entfernt. Vom Bahnhof sind es 10 Minuten und ist somit auch ohne Auto ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. In der Hauptsaison gibt es auch kostenlose Seenlandbus, mit diesen könnt ihr bequem das Seenland erkunden.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung, umgeben von Wald und Wiese am so genannten Weinberg. Trotzdem Zentral gelegen, nach Nürnberg 30 km, Erlangen 15 km, Bamberg 20 km und nach Forchheim sind es 6 km mit seiner Historischen Altstadt, der Kaiserpfalz und dem Kellerwald mit dem Legendären Annafest.

Direkte U Bahn nähe Messe/City in Reihenhaus.

Wohne auf einer Etage in einem Reihenhaus nur für Dich auf 45 qm. Die U Bahn ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ca. 100 Meter und fährt in ca 5 min. zur Messe und ca. 15 min in das Zentrum.
