Wir "ZurMelberi" wohnen im Erholungsgebiet "Fränkischen Seenland". Wer es gerne ruhig hat und dennoch schnell die Seenlandschaft erreichen möchte, ist bei uns genau richtig. Unser Dorf gehört zur 7 km entfernten Stadt Spalt. Die klimatisierte DG-Ferienwohnung im Studiodesign ist mit zwei Doppelbetten für max. 4 Personen ab 18 Jahre geeignet. Es führen von uns direkte Wander- (u.a. Jakobsweg) und Radwege ab. Mitbenutzung des Pools ist jederzeit möglich. Eine eigene Terrasse steht zur Verfügung.

Moderne Studiowohnung mit Küche, Bad und großem Balkon in ruhiger Lage. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein ausziehbares Bett mit Matratze und ein ausziehbares Sofa. Auf beiden können je 2 Personen bequem schlafen. Küche und Bad sind neu renoviert und voll ausgestattet. Ca. 500 Meter von der Wohnung befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Von dort fährt man etwa 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Aldi, Lidl, sowie eine Tankstelle, die 24 Stunden geöffnet ist sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die ehemalige Dorfkirche liegt in einem 1.600 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück mitten im Dorf Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Von allen Seiten umschlossen ist es ein idealer Rückzugsort, ohne „aus der Welt zu sein“. In der Morgensonne vor der Sakristei, auf der Kirchenmauer am Nachmittag oder abends unter Obstbäumen. Im unteren Turmzimmer auf der Couch, im oberen Turmzimmer – dem ehemaligen Glockenraum – beim Beobachten der Vögel. Es findet sich immer ein nettes Plätzchen.
