Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

On the quiet edge of Berlin, near AIRPORT BER, but 40min to Alexanderplatz, is our cozy mini-apartment in the basement with separate house entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Garden use is possible. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Parkplätze sind in der Regel auf der Straße vorhanden. Im Notfall in der Nachbarstraße mit kurzem Fußweg.
