Daniel is great host, very friendly and helpful. We had detailed instruction for every aspect from starting from check-in to using home aplliances. Apartment in good location, grocery market is very close, park and river nearby. Nice smart home solution intalled. Free parking on the street, but hard to find place. We had good stay :)

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber und modern. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen großen Parkplatz und ich leicht zu finden. Es gibt einen Tierpark und Kneipe in der Nähe sowie einen kleinen Spielplatz. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet.

Es war alles sehr schön – bei Fragen bekommt man schnell eine Antwort, und Sie waren zudem sehr hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Bei tollem Wetter konnten wir sogar auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Wir waren zu fünft für zwei Nächte dort. Ein Zimmer hatte ein ausreichend großes Bett für 2 Personen, das Bett im anderen Zimmer war etwas zu klein. Das Schlafsofa war soweit in Ordnung. Der Preis war dafür jedoch schon sehr hoch, aber das ist vermutlich dem geschuldet gewesen, dass zu der Zeit Europas größte Baumasse stattfand, was wir erst im Nachhinein erfahren haben.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Der Garten einzigartig und weitläufig. Man kann sich hier wunderbar darauf konzentrieren Spiele zu Spielen und Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Wunderbar für ein Wochenende mit Freunden oder Familie. Die Hunde haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Que dire de la maison de Julian à part que c’est vraiment une perle rare. C’est un havre de paix, très bien entretenu avec des installations dignes d’un grand hôtel à proximité de Munich. La maison donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps, malheureusement nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour nous rendre compte du très haut standing de cette maison. Un très grand écran dans le salon, où l’on peut se lover dans de larges canapés très accueillants…et tout cela donne sur une terrasse également très belle, avec son petits étangs et ses poissons rouges. Tout était parfait, notre hôte Julian, très réactif et amical, la maison dans son ensemble située dans un excellent quartier aux portes de Munich. Excellentes literies. Salles de bain parfaites…que dire de plus, à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin. PS: la machine à café (à grain) professionnelle est excellente, merci pour tout et surtout pour l’attention portée aux détails

Wir haben nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht, an einem Wochenende ohne Kinder einmal richtig aufzutanken und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Hierfür erschien uns das Häuschen von Claudia auf den Bildern wie geschaffen - klein, gemütlich, privat, in der Natur und irgendwie urig. Claudia nahm direkt Kontakt auf und erwies sich als freundlicher und interessierter Host. Sie war stets gut erreichbar und antwortete zügig auch auf kleine Detailfragen, so dass wir uns immer gut betreut fühlten. Wir konnten feststellen, dass die Annonce das Haus vortrefflich dargestellt hat. Wir hatten ein wunderbar entspanntes Wochenende, im und um das Haus gibt es wirklich alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Kein Hochglanzluxus, dafür echter Charme und eine wohlige Atmosphäre. Die Spa-Etage mit Entspannungsraum und Saune lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Terrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein und hinter dem Haus kann man den Waldgeräuschen lauschen und grillen oder Feuer machen. Wir kommen sicher wieder, zwei Daumen hoch🤗

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

The host is super friendly and hospitable, always there to help and very responsive. Convenient location short walk to train station and grocery stores. The house is very new and super clean with high quality appliances and furnitures. I was able to relax and had a great stay!

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

Hat für einen Messeunterkunft für vier Leute gut gepasst. Bäckerei gleich nebenan. Nur die kleine Einfahrt zu finden war etwas tricky. Aber auch nicht unmöglich.

Alles super! Tatsächlich ein Eizigartiges Airbnb über den Dächern Augsburgs!

The host was very responsive and offered to help for what we needed. We had every thing we needed in that apartment. The apartment looks really nice, modern, and clean. On top of that, the location is perfect to get around shopping areas and restaurants. Recommend!😍

Wir sind für ein Legoland-Wochenende mit den Kids bei Manuel gewesen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und ruhig. Manuel hat uns alles erklärt. Am Ostersonntag gabs Schoggi für die Kinder, fanden wir mega süss und die Kids erst...Toller Gastgeber!

I had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks with my friends and it was a truly wonderful experience. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. They were always available, helpful with anything I needed, and provided great local tips that made my time even more enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming environment!
