Novo uređena soba s kupaonom Perla II smještena je u staroj jezgri grada svega par minuta od centra i svih pratećih sadržaja. Sastoji se od natkrivene terase ispred ulaza u sobu, spavaće sobe ( bračnog kreveta ) te kupaone s tušem. Najbliža plaža je samo desetak minuta hoda od apartmana. Na terasi možete provesti ugodne i opuštajuće jutarnje i večernje trenutke uz hladno ili toplo piće. Na raspolaganju vam je hladnjak i kuhalo za vodu. U vanjskoj čajnoj kuhinji nije dozvoljena priprema hrane.

Dear guests, Holiday house "Annamaria" of 70 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Losinj, named "Lučica". Surrounded by fragrant healing plants, it is a perfect place of peace and quiet. The parking place is located 50 m from the house, and the house is located in first row to the sea, only 20 m away. Kuća je okružena zelenilom i vrtom te ima osigurani parking u hladu. Isto tako na raspolaganju je i veliki roštilj sa natkrivenim stolom.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
