Casa vacanze in un posto tranquillo Nenadici sull'isola di Krk può ospitare un totale di 5 persone. Si compone di due camere da letto, due bagni, cucina con zona pranzo e soggiorno. Una delle camere da letto è in realtà un loggiato separato da scale e ha un bagno privato collegato. La seconda camera da letto si trova al piano terra. La casa dispone di due terrazze attrezzate con mobili da esterno, barbecue e un bellissimo cortile paesaggistico. È disponibile un parcheggio privato.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
