The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

L'appartamento Chalet Ortles si trova a San Valentino alla Muta e offre una splendida vista sulle montagne. L'alloggio, moderno ed elegante, è composto da un soggiorno/sala da pranzo con divano letto per due persone e cucina ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie, 1 camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e divano letto per 1 persona e 1 bagno, offrendo così spazio per 5 persone. La dotazione comprende anche Wi-Fi, TV satellitare e via cavo, culla e seggiolone.

Davos-Sertig, Ferien in der Natur

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.

Lo chalet è un tipico maso alpino recentemente ristrutturato, circondato da un ampio giardino. Avvolto dall'incanto dei boschi, tra la natura, lo chalet si presenta come romantico rifugio dove poter staccare la spina e ritrovare il tempo da dedicare a sé, ideale sia in estate che in inverno. Lo chalet è dotato di ogni tipo di comforts: TV, frigo/freezer, doccia, lavatrice e zona lavanderia, ampio giardino, garage con spazio deposito.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

You can set off on foot directly from the chalet and enjoy nature.
