The apartment is clean and very welcoming and has a little beautiful garden. Situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood opposite the Gleisdreieck park, with close walking distance to public transportation. The park offers a nice walking/bicycling path to a good supermarket and Yorckstrasse health studio. In the apartment is all equipment you need for a stay, including dishwasher and a washing machine. It is furnished beautifully and practically. Ann-Cathrine and Mario were quick to respond to my few questions. I will for sure be back next time in Berlin.

Marianne was an amazing host. The apartment was amazing, clean bright and comfortable. lovely and quiet best night sleep I have had in ages. Great place to come back to after exploring Berlin. short walk from the urban to the place in addition to bus. lidl is short walk so was able to get the essentials. We would highly recommend staying here.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir waren zu 4. mit 2 kleinen Kindern dort. Carola war super nett und liebt Kinder. Wir mussten keine Sorge haben, wenn ein Kind mal weinte oder meckerte, das hat viel Anspannung abgenommen. Das Apartment war super, wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht hatten dort. Wenn man mal was bräuchte kann man Carola gerne Bescheid sagen. Wir empfehlen aufjedenfall das Apartment und würden es immer wieder buchen. Alle räume sauber und ordentlich. Der Check in und Check out ist super einfach. Vielen Dank liebe Carola für die schönen angenehmen Tage bei dir😊

Great stay for a girls trip. Lots of space in bathrooms for 5 girls to get ready. And the beds were very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood it was charming and nice. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Ostern in Berlin, Gegend war für mich aus privaten Gründen wichtig, die Wohnung mit 4 Zimmern mit je einem Bad war für uns ideal. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, die Zimmer sind großzügig und speziell das Wohnzimmer ist weitläufig. Ein toller Ort für Gruppen bis 8 Personen

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in der Unterkunft. Nah an der U-Bahn Station. Um die Ecke war ein Supermarkt.

Unser Aufenthalt in Berlin und dieser unglaublich schönen Wohnung war einfach fantastisch! Herzensempfehlung!

Aucune fausse note logement parfait pour notre séjour d’une semaine en couple à Berlin. Arrivés tard, la clef nous attendait dans sa boite. Chaud, très propre, neuf et confortable, bien équipé pour notre usage (petits déjeuners, 2 dîners simples), sdb fonctionnelle et bien assez grande, bonne literie pour des nuits silencieuses (rue très peu passante), métro à 15 mn pour rayonner dans tous les coins d’une grande ville au printemps et au soleil, ce fut un excellent séjour sans aucune réserve.

Mehr geht nicht! Das muss ich mal vorausschicken. Von der Reservierung bis zur Abreise einfach nur top! Anne ist die geborene Gastgeberin und schafft es mit Liebe zum Detail und ganz viel Herzblut ihrer wunderschönen Unterkunft eine ganz besondere Wohlfühlatmosphäre zu geben!!! Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen!!!

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da und es hat uns allen super gefallen. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer mit Badezimmer, das war sehr komfortabel. Und durch den vorhandenen Garten, konnten wir bei dem tollen Wetter sogar draußen sein. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde 🤩 Das Gartenhaus von Wiebke und Matthias ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt um tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Morgens auf der tollen Terrasse Frühstücken mit den Blick auf den wunderschön angelegten Garten….besser kann ein Tag nicht beginnen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende dort, das Haus ist super gemütlich, der Holzofen ist toll und die Sauna auch - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Musterhaus mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Gute Ausgangslage für das Erkunden von Potsdam und Berlin. Gute Bahnanbindung. Toll ausgestattete Küche, 2 schöne Terrassen. Ein Grill wäre cool gewesen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Vielen Dank.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

Everything was great, the apartement is fully equiped and bed is very confortable. the terrace benefits the sun during the day. transportation is less than 10mn by walk. and the spree is at 5mn. It is a very calm neighbor very good to chill. Mirco is very accessible and friendly (living the same building). It just could be a bit hot inside during high temperature. I Totally recommand for short or midlong stays (especially great for several weeks!).

Der Aufenthalt bei Simon war super. Die Lage war gut, die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Simon war sehr gastfreundlich. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung von Markus und Kristina ist einfach nur wunderschön! Wir sind dieses Wochenende zu einem Familientreffen zusammengekommen- 4 Generationen Egal welche Generation- ob über 80 Jahre alt oder 16 Jahre alt- alle waren begeistert vom ersten Moment an! Für unsere ganz Kleinen war ebenso gesorgt wie für die Großen was Spielsachen und Lesematerial angeht - wir haben überall ein offenes Herz für Kinder wahrgenommen Wir würden mit Freude jederzeit wieder kommen! Dankeschön an die ganze Familie!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Das Bad neu und sehr sauber. Die war wie beschrieben.

El alojamiento es muy agradable y acogedor. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, es fácil de llegar desde el transporte público y también sencillo para llegar al centro de la ciudad. Verdaderamente lo recomiendo y sin duda volvería a visitar.

Ideal location in a wonderful neighborhood. Very walkable area near public transportation. There were many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. A lovely apartment with huge windows, lots of natural light, and birds chirping in the courtyard. We enjoyed our stay very much. Nadia provided excellent check-in instructions with pictures which was very helpful.
