All the equipment and electric machines are of high quality. Special Local art completes the picture. The apartment is quiet on one hand and on the other hand very close to the water canal , open markets and restaurants. Das Haus ist saniert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand, inklusive elektrischer Rollläden, Sat-TV, Glasfaser, W-LAN, Netflix, Prime & Disney+. Trampolin, Spielplatz, Hängematten, Sonnenliegen und einer großen Terrasse mit Hollywoodschaukel, Whirlpool und Gasgrill.
