Mini domek je v blízkosti malého rodinného statku, k němuž patří také malá včelí farma. Po domluvě je možná prohlídka včelí farmy a zakoupení místního medu, který je regionálním produktem. Okolí je ideální pro houbaření, cyklistiku, turistiku. Město Rožmberk nad Vltavou je jen 2,5 km daleko. Zde je možné navštívit hrad Rožmberk nebo si v letních měsících splout řeku Vltavu.

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Vila Dvorečná se nachází na okraji osady Dvorečná, cca pět minut autem od sjezdovky v Lipně nad Vltavou. Objekt je třípodlažní se dvěmi terasami, grilem, ohništěm, krytým venkovním bazénem s protiproudem a vnitřním wellness se saunou a vířivkou. Objekt pronajímáme celý. We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

WICHTIG! Das Appartement verfügt über drei Zimmer, aber je nach Anzahl der Personen, die buchen, werden die Bäder und Zimmer freigeschaltet. zB. 2 Personen = Doppelzimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer besonders schönen und modernen Aufstockung im Zentrum von Linz. Sie ist sehr großzügig und verfügt über zwei Balkone zu einem ruhigen Innenhof und einer Terrasse mit Ausblick über die Stadt. Große Verglasungen durchfluten die Wohnung mit viel Licht.
