Studio, ebenerdig mit separaten Eingang und integrierter Wohnküche, ca. 25 m². Eigene Dusche und WC. Mit Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Studio. Das Studio ist mit SAT-TV, CD-Radio und kostenlosen WLAN ausgestattet. Der Höpflhof ist ein völlig neu renoviertes, dabei aber jahrhundertealtes und geschichtsträchtiges Bauerngehöft. Es liegt im südlichen Teil des Bayerischen Waldes in der Gemeinde Neureichenau-Altreichenau am bekannten Dreiländereck Bayern, Böhmen und Österreich.
