The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Violin House, live like a local

The Violin House is located at a quiet, safe, family neighborhood very close to the Chania city center and the old Venetian Port. Combining a peaceful environment with the very “alive” city center, the Violin House is the perfect place to explore Chania. The neighborhood offers a variety of local stores to cover your needs during your stay, like supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, taverns etc, while the Hospital of Chania and the main highway to all destinations are only 5 min away from the House

The Orange Tree Garden

Next to Chania (Crete), two floors privately owned 300 m. luxury villa, with swimming pool and parking area. It is located in a 4,000 square metres private yard with olive, orange and lemon trees, very close to the protected nature area of the “Agia Lake”. At a distance of some 4km you will find two of best organised sandy beaches of the Chania area. There is a bus station at 200 meters from the villa with a regular service to Chania, where you will find connections to all parts of Crete.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

Thelma and Louise house is a beautiful, two bedroom modern apartment, perfect for those longing a tranquil escape, away from the city noise and, at the same time, so close to the center. It is located in Chania, in the suburban area of Mournies. It is 3,6 km away from the center of the city and 4,3 km from the Old Venetian Harbor. It is a brand new ground floor apartment of 98 sq.m., with private parking space, built by Danae and her family in 2022 with a lot of love and passion.

It is a 85sqm apartrment with remarkable view and morden design in a envirenment where the only noise is the birds of the forest. We would like to inform you that our apartment DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONERS and ener efficient appliances. There is car parking at 10 meter away. In 15 minutes walk you are in the lidl super market and there is a mini market at 300 meter away.Also the famous caffe koukouvaya is at 10 minutes on foot.q
