Happy to give out advice for local activities, surfing, kite boarding, sailing, biking, hiking, hot pools, or just the best place to grab a good beer and feed!

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

It has a Queen bed, bathroom & basic kitchen. Also TV with Netflix & free wifi. (Note kitchen only has fridge, microwave, air fryer, mini oven, hot plate and kettle. There is a BBQ outside the room you can also use) An ideal spot for a Mount Maunganui getaway!

The Studio is one of the few Mt places so close to the beach. Great swimming, surfing, walking and beautiful sunrises.

Gorgeous Mount Beach Cottage - 3min walk to surf

One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes airfryer / microwave / toaster. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house which is tenanted.
