The sunset and Sunrise was well Worth the money! Jared was very responsive when I just told him I was excited and thankful to be there! I loved the whole neighborhood and feel of the place! The hot tub at sunset was to die for! Our whole family was in heaven. We had so many snacks and played so many games and felt right at home! Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! We hope to be back soon!

We loved staying at the East Zion Resort. The resort is ideally located between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, making it easy to spend time at both on the one trip, and there are loads of other fun activities to explore locally too - which Micah and Jules will email you about before you book. We also enjoyed using the amenities of the resort itself - it was fun to be able to play in a lightly heated pool in April, and we enjoyed a quick dip in the hot tub. The East Zion team is very communicative and welcoming, and although there are many other Airbnbs at this resort, our experience still felt private and restorative. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to explore the Southern Utah region!

Great location 30min away from Zion, clean, nice pool area

We had a great weekend at Cashes place! The house was lovely, as well as the surrounding area. He was very responsive when we had questions. We saw him around the property a few times and he gave us lots of recommendations of where to go. He allowed us to bring our two dogs. At one point my dog chewed a remote and instead of being mad or upset he seems concerned about my dog and allowed me to simply order a new one for him. If you like burgers you should try Al’s burgers it was so good and cheap. Overall it was a great experience! Hopefully we will come again!

We were planning a family trip to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, and Kanab was a great in between location considering the expanse of open land in Utah. Stacey's A-frame stood out amidst the other options in the area, was exactly as advertised, and provided us with a perfect home away from home. While there was no cell service in the direct surrounding area (to be expected considering where we were, and also kind of nice to be off the grid), she has gig speed internet in the house which was faster than our gig speed back home in the Northern Virginia suburbs. Stacey was very quick to respond to a few questions / requests we sent her way (within minutes), and if we find ourselves in the area again we'll definitely be looking up Stacey's A-frame for a place to stay!

Sam's place was fine for our working base camp. The photos tell you what you need to know. Everything worked and it was clean and quiet. This is not a luxury accommodation but worked very well for our team and the quality of mattresses was quite high. I liked the thoughtful touch of having extra plug-ins for electronic devices near both sides of each bed. We also appreciated and used Sam's recommendations for restaurants.

Our booking didn't go ahead due to weather issues and bad planning on my part. Audrey was understanding, kind and very generous in her response. We look forward to staying in the future.

I booked Kathy's place as a place for crew and runners to stage while I ran the Zion 100. It was perfect for us! Very spacious and comfortable. Nice back patio area with a nice BBQ. The pool area was perfect too. My family and friends that were either crewing or running were so happy with the space. Can't wait to come back when we race next year!!

Loved staying at The Dwellings. #15 had lovely view of Virgin River below. We come to bike and location is perfect for access to all the great trails nearby.
