Un'atmosfera particolare è data dal giardino con uliveti, giardino, oltre che da animali domestici come cani, gatti, capre e conigli.

Since 2024, the house has its own power plant, so it is energy self - sustaining.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

The only and nearest house is 50 meters away, but there is olive grove in between so you cannot see the neighbours and vice versa.
